“Ordered my battery to be installed Sunday 19, 2025 around 7:37pm. Monday by around 2:24 pm. the installer Steven Torres had the new battery installed and our Lincoln MKC back running again as new. And all that under the most bitter cold we have had in Wisconsin this winter. And I mean cold as in bellow zero. I highly recommend this Company.”

“Representative was very professional and kind, I felt bad make ng them come out with how cold it was, this service saved us time and money compared to a tow to a dealer and battery replacement there.. took about 5-6 hours from booking to fix but on a holiday and still same day, that's not a complaint, just noting for timeframe ideas. You get updates throughout too”

“The service was great, the technician came really fast brought the new battery and replaced. Very professional. The only thing was that the battery that they sent was not what I bought on the web site. Same characteristics, but not what they showed on the website and obviously not what I paid for.”

“I was quoted a 70 minute ASAP service. I received a text with a link to an alleged video explaining the delivery but instead it took me to an expired GoDaddy link. After three hours I called and was told every technician was having “truck issues” but the person agrees to keep my updated. A few hours later they texted and said they were still looking for someone to help me. About seven hours after I arranged for the service I gave up and got a refund. I asked a friend for help and saved $100.”

“I wish I could give 0 stars. I requested a car battery replacement because my car had a dead battery, leaving me unable to properly close the window. I placed the request yesterday morning at 8:00 and waited the entire day with no updates. The website didn’t provide any status, the chat had no responses, and customer service couldn’t even locate the mechanic. By 6:00 PM, the service was completely canceled, and I’m still waiting for a refund to my credit card. Meanwhile, my car is sitting in the driveway covered in plastic during a snowstorm in Maryland. I will never use this service again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.”

“I didn’t have to go to an auto shop to get my battery replaced. I went online, booked, and they came within the time window they were supposed to. It took them just a few minutes, and the work was done. 1-800-Battery—great service! Thank you”

“Oh my gosh 1-800-Battery is amazing!!! I'm happy to say it's the real deal...I placed an order on there website and within 3 hours Jason came out to our home and installed a new battery in our 2019 Volks Wagon Beatle :) I also called there customer service department with a question and actually got to speak with a real person who was incredibly kind and polite.”
