“Your technician Damian was fantastic. Your notifications could use some work. You give a link that asks for a password that was never established. Dates and timing are unclear on your notifications.”

“i work for 1800battery and i did services for them about a month ago and have not got paid for them i emailed them i called them i text them and they don't answer mr but they alreardy got paid from the customer and i have not got paid that id not fair tome when i went in the cold to install battries and not got paid”

“Tech started at wrong house with my neighbors hood up...after installing my battery ...tech said I owed him 50.00...wrote check....then called 1 800 Battery to ask if this was correct...Representative told me stop payment on check as I had already paid for installation....tech calls me NEXT day to ask why I stopped payment...spent extra charge from bank 36.50 to stop payment ....not a good experience”

“Excellent service. I placed an online order at 2:30pm and the installer arrived at 4:00pm. He was curtious and efficient installing the new battery. It took no time at all to complete the job. Very satisfied and will use them again.”

“Order process was intuitive and streight forward. Fullfilment staging updates from procurement, in-transit and delivery wher all timely. Direct phone contact by installer was prompt and provided travel time to location and asurance of secondary call would be made upon arival. Installer was curtious and proefessional. I would highly recommend the 1-800-Battery service.”

“Everything worked out perfectly. I was anxious in the beginning to be working with a company I had never heard of. But they responded quickly to all my concerns. “Needed a battery fir my car and since i ysed them to replace the battery in my other car i knew to gi on line and order. They were quick to respond and their service was superb. The mechanic was excellent. Now i know where to go when i need a battery in the future! Thank you”
