“Was really happy to find this site, I had never used it before, but it was great! Within two hours of placing my order, my battery was delivered and installed, and the technician was very nice and very thorough.. The cost may be slightly higher than what you would pay having to make an appointment and go someplace, but I thought it was worth it, I was able to stay home & take care of other things.”

“Scam company! Placed an order to have a battery delivered and installed on September 30th - I decided to take a different route so I cancelled this order. The other route fell through, so I placed an order again October 2nd for a tech to come out October 3rd. I believe they gave a 4 hour window for a tech to arrive… it was getting very close to the end of the timeframe so I called directly. Guess what? They don’t even have a tech in my area to fulfill the order and they didn’t bother to even let me know. After a few days, I see I didn’t get a refund so I contacted them on the chat. Was told I would get a refund. Called again on October 9th, was also told I was getting a refund.. now it’s October 20th and still no refund. Called and the guy didn’t even show a refund in the system. Where’s my money? Stay away from this scam operation!”

“This door side battery replacement service actually DID work as planned. Technician keep us posted on ETA ... and promptly installed new battery in our Land Rover Evoque. It was a very good service call and smooth process. I was skeptical, but it went OK!”
