“I called on 10/23/2023 stating I needed a new battery installed at my home. I was pleasantly surprised that I was promised an installation at 5:45 PM that day and that a technician would call as he got close. I waited until 8:30 PM and had no visit or call by the technician. I called again on 10/24 and was promised the installation would take place at 5:45 PM. Isac arrived on time, installed the battery and then checked all the vehicle functions after the battery was installed. Great job done. Thank you so much. My original request was after a 2.5 week nightmare with AAA. They are done after 63 years.”

“I was not pleased once I made my appt; it was supposed to be between 8 and 10 am; when the time came and went, I called numerous times, and was put on eternal hold. I left a voice mail, which was never responded to, and I sent an email, which went unanswered. Finally someone showed up hours late and completed the task. My battery is supposed to have a three year warranty, but I was give no paperwork; what happens if something happens to the battery? And when I finally got the message that the tech was on the way, I was given no ETA; is he an hour away? 10 minutes? Very unhappy with the lack of response from this company.”

“The first battery the installer had picked up from the warehouse was dead.He was told this happens 10 times out of a hundred-asked to have the second battery tested before leaving,they said we don't do that. If it wasn't for the young man installing the second battery efficiently and being very polite and apologizing I would have lost my mind.All this took several hours,hopefully the installed was compensated.”

“New battery for my car with delivery and install was $432. Technician was nice, on-time and efficient. Cost was a bit high. Cost of exact same battery at a local store $270, so labor was $160 for 4 miles of travel and 10 minutes of work. Very convenient though!”

“Excellent service and very knowledgeable tech. Knew exactly how to locate the battery in the trunk and was very careful in removing the trunk lining and gaskets and putting them all back perfectly. I am not happy about the fact that I have no bill or invoice for the battery after emailing you aksing for it to be emailed to me yesterday.”

“An initial appointment was missed, as an upgrade was needed not identified by cross-reference to the specific vehicle. Tech was directed to a different address, causing him to miss his window by about an hour. The battery required a pairing/registration process that was noted by this customer in the initial contact, and then upon approving the upgrade, with a clear understanding this would be included in the grand total. Tech wanted to collect an additional fee on-site for the pairing. This additional fee was not paid. Beware of extra fees. Tech was courteous and professional. The Customer service representative was also courteous but seemed frustrated by the 1-800 corporate process.”

“1-800 Battery is a life saver. First, I had to change my appointment twice. Both times they were quick, extremely helpful and very nice! I had a unique situation with my car and Robert Stanley was on it and did an excellent job. So thankful for 1-800 Battery!!”

“The technician arrived much later than expected, but once he arrived, the work was done efficiently and well. The convenience of having someone come to my house to do the work made it less problematic that it was outside the time window.”

“I was skeptical that an online battery company deliver good service but the day after calling the battery tech arrived at our home and installed our battery. Our car is extremely difficult to have the battery replaced and it was an hour hard work to complete the installation. We were well pleased with their service!”
