“I called today 6/19/2023 to have a battery installed. My wait time would be 2hrs. after waiting over two hours I called and was told the battery was being picked up from the warehouse and the guy should be here by 3:40pm. At 3:30pm I got a call that no one was coming and could I wait until tomorrow morning for the install, leaving me to get to work by other means. Which was unacceptable and would cost me extra money to travel to and from my job. I am skeptical now that some will show up between 8am and 9am on 6/20/2023 as my daughter has a doctor's appointment for 10am. I choose this company based on their reviews, hope I will not be disappointed tomorrow as I will cancel this order and want use this company again. JCarter”

“I was annoyed at first when they said they were on their way six hours earlier than my requested time. I wasn’t home so I was afraid I would have to reschedule but the man was communicative and let me know I didn’t have to be home and was able to have my fiancé leave my car keys out. He was very fast and this made things so easy for me. I didn’t have to pay for a tow truck to take my car to the shop to get a new battery so thank you!”

“Super easy to schedule, reasonably priced, and convenient. The mechanic was very friendly, let me watch while the replacement was happening so I could understand how it works, and answered other questions about starter-related issues with my car. Very pleased by how straightforwardly and smoothly everything went!”

“Original appointment was scheduled for 8 -10 am. No one showed by 11 am so I called. Turns out technician never responded. They had to get another technician who couldn't come to my home until 5-6 pm. When no one arrived by 6:45 pm I called again and threatened to cancel. Technician arrived at 7:30 pm. The technician was excellent but overall scheduling service was dreadful. I would never recommend doing business with 1800 Battery.com”

“I requested service same day. Tech showed up within hrs. Replaced my battery and checked old one which was gasping for one more charge. Everything their video says to expect happened! I have already referred friends and families to your company. Maybe add oil change to the mix :)”

“My car battery died and I contacted the 1800 battery. I found them online. I must say that I was surprised at how quickly they came to my place to replace the battery in my car. It took them less than 2.5 hour to come. They kept posting me through email and text all the time. They came with a new battery suitable for my car, took the old one off and installed the new one.in place. Amazing service!”

“We were leaving our hotel in Anaheim after a couple of days at Disneyland when the battery in our van quit on us. Gave 1-800-Battery a call. They came out to our hotel quickly and replaced the battery on the spot. Total lifesaver for our family trip. We were quickly on our way after that. Highly recommend if you ever find yourself in a similar situation.”

“Installation of new battery into my 1988 Porsche 911 is tricky. Extremely tight. Installer, Isaac M did an amazing job. Price seemed very reasonable considering the time spent with installation. Great job and very convenient.”

“5 stars, without a doubt! This service is beyond amazing!!! It was easy to find the battery I needed and I liked that I could choose from three different levels. The timeline given for when the installer would arrive was accurate and I liked that I could track everything. The installer was very nice and polite and quick! I had no idea a service like this existed. It's phenomenal! Thank you!!”
