“The technician arrived on time, which was great. (2 hours after my order was placed) He swapped out my old battery for the new one I had selected quickly and efficiently. He was courteous. Done in ten minutes. I would definitely use 1-800- battery again.”

“I am thrilled with 1800Battery.com. My car, 24 years old with less than 80,000 miles (yes, I'm that little old lady driving a Volvo in all those jokes) needs jump starts, kindly afforded by my roadside assistance program. They have a limit, and so do I. The convenience of having a new battery installed, at my home, by a friendly professional certainly makes me happy and willing to offer a strong referral.”

“Used the app and ordered battery based on vehicle type and battery the app said I needed. It was wrong battery and they still charged me $100 for cancellation even though it was not my mistake.”

“Although your technician was late and did not arrive within the quoted timeframe, he was very polite and changed out the battery quickly so we could get on with our day. I will recommend your company and will use it again if we are in the same situation (hopefully not!).”
