“It was a pleasure doing business with 1-800-battery. I was able to easily order a new battery for my 2019 Audi A-4 and arranged installation 3 days later. The technician arrived on time ,tested the existing battery and noted an electrical malfunction not the battery.. He recommended towing the car to the dealer and have it checked I was charged for a service call and the new battery was returned. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a new battery”

“I used 1800Battery.com for the first time. I needed to get a battery but I am disabled and not able to pick up one or get someone else to do it. So searching, I found them. I called at first to get some info. The agent was very helpful. A few days later I scheduled a time for them to come and install a new battery. The tech, Gerald, came and did such a wonderful job and had a great interaction. Very pleasant! I drove my car right after that for 40 min. She ran great! Thanks for great service!!”

“I loved that they came to my house, and I had the option for a new battery which ended up being needed. They provide two-hour windows, but text you when they are on the way as well as when about to arrive; you can also follow the progress of the driver's approach online. This minimized the disruption to my daily routine. The whole job was finished in under an hour even though my car was parked awkwardly to access the battery which already had a weird placement under the passenger seat (of a fully packed car!). The driver was very professional and friendly!”

“Overall the service was acceptable. Please accept this feedback to make the customer service experience much better. First, there was not a clear understanding of the service tech's arrival time vs the battery arrival time. Some confussion could have been avoided if this part was made clearer upon the ordering process. Second, the text alerts to my cell phone did NOT sync to the online arrival times of the tech. This was also extremely confussing as a new customer. Yes, overall the service was acceptable but could have been so much better. I had to call your cust/sv team to get an accurate understanding of what was happening. At one point I was told the service tech had his cell phone set to 'walking times' which is why the online system was sying ETA was 7-9hrs, while at the same time I'm getting text alerts saying the tech would arrive in approx. 30 minutes. Please improve your customer communications. Again, I also suggest putting (in plain simple language) that the battery would ship seperately from when the tech arrives and that a 3rd party is involved with the battery delivery because again when I spoke with the battery delivery service they had no idea what I was calling about and it took me a few minutes to put the puzzle pieces together. Again, as a 1st time customer.”

“First visit I waited 5 hours for a tech to arrive. He did not have proper tools and struggled to install new battery. 13 days later, dead car. Contacted them on Friday evening and again Sat morning but still had to wait 6 hours this time for a 5 min job. The original tech failed to tighten the connectors and one had actually slipped off. They charged me $105.00 to get them to come out and 6 days later, I still do not have the refund... adding insult to injury.”
