“Phone dispatcher was polite and gave 3 options for car battery replacement. Reasonably priced and convenient. Technician showed up in less than 2 hours and recycled old battery. 5/5 recommend.”

“Got us out of a bind! Battery DIED Saturday night. Went to 1-800 Battery.com...and was back up and running with brand new battery by 1:00 pm Sunday. The technician Brandon was awesome.”

“I needed a place that I could buy the battery and have it installed. Most would only just sell you the battery but not do the install. These guys were great. Bought the battery online, made an appointment and the technician came during the time he was supposed to. Pleasant, professional, clean and knew what he was doing. I couldn't be happier. It was a bit more expensive although you get what you pay for. Everything was easy and I now have peace of mind. I would definitely recommend them.”

“I give it a 5 star rating. It was a Saturday. I called up. made a quick appointment. They came out and replaced my battery and I was good to go. I was out of town so this saved me the trouble of having to find a tow truck, battery, and installer to get this done. Thank you 1800battery.com!”

“I waited awhile after the window closed for estimated time for services. I wasn’t informed that the status changed until I reached out to customer service. However, I wanted to to give the technician who services my car a good review I believe he came from Philadelphia, he was professional, quick, accommodating and knowledgeable. He asked questions and follow up with me after installation to make sure everything was functional.”

“Had to cancel the order. Was promised for 2 hour window and no response. Do not pick up the phone, no response in Chat and no response on Text. Very disappointed. I had paid and had to cancel it. Hope I don’t have to dispute if charged on credit card.”
