“Very accommodating fast service”

“I had a bad experience with 1-800-Battery. I booked the 11-1 pm time slot for a replacement battery at about 10:45 am. I waited but did not receive any calls or messages saying that they would be late. I called at 1 pm and they said the technician would be there in 45 mins. After 45 mins I called back and they didn't know where he was. He finally arrived at 2:45 pm but did NOT apologize or mention anything about the fact that he was 1 hour and 45 mins late. If I had known that they wouldn't be able to make it in the time slot I had booked I would have called another service because I had to leave for work at 3. Also, it wasn't great to get hit with an extra $25 travel fee right before checkout.”

“Our battery went out on a Sunday before my wife and I were individually traveling the next day. My wife found 1800Battery.com and we gave it a try. Competitively priced, they came to the house and replaced the battery. Not easy to do on a 2019 Cadillac XTS, as we found out. Their tech was friendly and determined to resolve the issue. He was successful and the car was back in working order that day. Thanks for a great service.”

“Very easy-to-use website. Good pricing. The APEX Serivce Tech Mike Fajardo was very professional. Only one problem was not Mike's fault. I believe sometimes the web might overbook so he was a little late.”

“I worked for this company for 3 months, was never paid for milage which you are supposed to be paid for (20+ miles away). Was not paid for over half the jobs I completed,with receipts and screen shots of proof. Never a complaint from customers actually was tipped a couple times. Have reached out to everyone possible only to be ignored. Needless to say I never even made the money back for the equipment I purchased. Had to make a claim to Michigan Department of Labor. Total ripoff..”

“Wow! I rarely leave reviews. 1-800-battery deserves praise. Woke up to a dead battery at 6a.m. frantically searched through countless mobile service providers before choosing 1-800. The online booking was easy and customer support amazing. Great communication as my order was being processed. Installer knew his craft. Their price was fair too. By noon my new battery was installed. I’ll never use anyone else if it happens to me again. Happy customer!”

“The order never was fulfilled in the time slot I selected. No communication about being delayed or anything. Unreliable service. Very unfortunate because I was stuck with a car needing a battery and had no way to pick one up myself. Was really excited to be able to have one delivered so I could get driving again, but it's shameful that they would provide a service and not follow through or communicate delays. So glad I at least waited in the comfort of my home vs. the side of the road.”

“The service window was 9-11 am. The guy showed up around 2:30 pm. They kept in contact with me but his ETA kept moving up by an hour at a time. He did a good job. I just wish they were more accurate with their service window. I had to cancel work meetings because I was waiting.”

“ok here is my purchase in a nutshell. They did nothing they said they would do. The installer was 4 hours late and he brought his very young daughter with him who was the one who installed my battery. A child installed my battery. They did not test my old battery or the new one. I paid over $300. for this terrible service. i have put in for a refund but so far they have ignored me on there chat site. I will be taking them to court if i don't get a refund. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.”
