Excellent service, the battery I ordered was delivered and installed within 2 hours after placing the order. The installer was amazing, he had no right hand and did the whole installation by himself (very friendly too)

It was so actually easy. I went online, went thru all the steps and I was informed about each step of the way. I could actually see the driver in route just like door dash lol. Amir was so extremely friendly and switched out my battery with ease. The whole process was maybe 2 hours. That's quicker than any experience I had with AAA. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Finding and scheduling 1-800-battery made dealing with a challenging situation so much easier. I admit to being dubious in researching but I'm so glad I made the appointment, so easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

I ordered a Die Hard Gold battery and got a FVP battery, the price of the Die Hard I ordered was about $40.00 more than the FVP battery I got. I called and complained and was told a claim will be filed. Never heard anything.

I was able to receive my new battery, complete with installation, pretty close to the timeline as promised. The service tech. was a little unpleasant but he did perform his duties. I would still recommend this service to anyone in need of emergency battery service.

I placed an order for a car battery replacement and installation yesterday at my home. On their website I selected the 10 am to Noon time slot. 1800Battery called me before 10 am and asked to reschedule the appointment to 4 pm to 5 pm yesterday. I agreed. Unfortunately, no call and no show by 5:15 pm. I chatted with someone through their website and was told neither of their two mechanics could make it to my location. We rescheduled the appointment for this morning 9 am to 11 am. Again, no call and no show this morning. I chatted with someone on their website again and they asked if I wished to cancel the order. I asked if there was any charge to cancel and they assured me there would be no charge. They advised I would be refunded the full amount and should see it in 3 to 5 days. Will wait to see if the hold they placed on my credit card is processed as a transaction or if the hold will just fall off. Great idea for a business, sorry it didn't work for me!

At first they were great, they were over 3 hours late for time slot which was fine since I was home, the technician was great changed battery, 2 weeks later it was bad, they charge 100.00 to come back to replace it and refund it if it’s a bad battery, it was a bad battery, and I’ve had to now call 3 x for refund and still have not received. That ruined what was a decent experience
