Really poor service, this has happened to me for about 5 times already and only now I have finally decided to leave a review, I am not considering using DHL at all from now on. I will always use another possible shipment just avoid this disgusting company and not to pay money for people WHO do not respect their customers. They have only one job that they have to do and they can't even do that. SO today I was supposed to get a parcel between 3-5 I booked a day off to be at home and to receive it (it is for my business and very important) ( I respect my clients, not like DHL) so I was at home waiting for it, I didn't leave a house for a second I didn't hoover or cook just hear the bell. at 2 o'clock I receive a text saying ''I wasn't at home'' so I tried to call customer service to get this driver to come back, in return rude lady said she can't do anything to help, I tried to call again, another person told they will call the driver to see if he can return, and he hangs up on me, so tried to call again, and now they telling me that the driver came at (black door) and I wasn't here, bear in mind I have a glass door. So obviously he came to wrong address, so now when They know it was THEIR fault they still told me the driver will come back tomorrow, tomorrow I am not in and won't be able to receive it, also I waisted all my day waiting for nothing and on bonus, I took a day off just to receive it. Conclusion! if you want your parcel actually to be delivered and not to go through this mess and hassle use other shipping companies instead! what a nightmare!

Dropped a parcel this morning to be delivered next working day (as advertised in their website) and I just found out it will be collected tomorrow to be delivered Friday. Besides, found costumer service pretty unhelpful after waiting on the line for almost 1 hour to talk to a member of the staff. I would not recommend to anyone, it would have been quicker if I sent through Royal Mail. PS I gave 1 star however system will not accept it, but it is way below that

Due a pick up this morning where we are refurbishing a house. Unfortunately pick up address incorrect. Phoned by driver and I explained the parcel was literally less than a minute away across the road. He put the phone down on me. I rang him back but totally inflexible and said he was not going to ‘run round’ for me. Thank you.

They should call themselves customer disservice. Right off the bat their website was refusing for me to choose to leave parcel in a safe place. On the phone they have an automated message saying "business as usual and weekends deliveries are happening. This is not the case.Delivery attempted while i am at work so i rescheduled and worked from home but had to go see a patient for an hour. I call CS and asked if i can ask for a more specific time or leave a message to the driver the agent said i can do that online "absolute rubbish". I sprinted behind the driver and called CS again and they said driver refused to come back. She said the delivery will automatically be reattempted on monday (again not true) i tracked it to find that it says recipient requested to pick up at depot (no words!) I requested it to be delivered on tuesday (today) because i was working from home that day. Showing online both arrival today and awaiting recipient to pick up at depot (which one exactly). CS agent said it's "weird" that it is showing both at the same time. Called the warehouse who told him that it was missed from the route and thus will not be delivered today. Earliest is the next morning. Requested to put in a complaint and the manager tried to retract that it was a glitch in their website and a mishap from their warehouse and that i put the request late. He did apologise but did absolutely nothing. Would not guarantee item being delivered before 12pm "i will request it but i am not personally at the warehouse to put it on the van". Basically an irresponsible negligent company.

Expensive item ordered from John Lewis. Was concerned as it was due to be delivered by DHL. We had another expensive item that was due to be delivered earlier in the year that was a complete farce. On checking the tracker after saying it had been delivered and signed for..... the signature bore no resemblance... after 4 weeks they finally admitted the parcel was lost (The company we ordered from (Wayfair) were absolutely no help in the whole situation saying it was OUR problem to sort!! This item, over £600 was due to be delivered a week ago, it has now been lost in the system. John Lewis to their credit have been dealing with this but after numerous calls and wait times with JL we have cancelled our order. We now will not buy goods if the delivery is DHL.

Because you have delivered my parcel to wrong post code right post code on track and trace but it was delivered yo wrong post code don't have any idea where my parcel is

Shame I have to give it one star, as it doesn't deserve it. Have been let down twice now on 2 separate occasions. They email the delivery day but no delivery. When you check on their tracking they use the word 'delayed'. No reason why. You get another email with another date, but guess what? They don't deliver. No reason. You finally do get your goods after being let down. No wonder the company has such bad reviews as they don't seem to care at all about their customers. You wouldn't think a big company would behave like this, but as they say, the bigger the company, the worse they are. Good luck if you use them.

Very unpleasant company to deal with. Ive spoke to 10+ agents in 5 days that are unable to give me a straight or similar answer as to what is going on with my 2 packages. Duty has been paid on the first and everyone of the agents say it's suppose to be here tomorrow. It's now been days in a row of the same exact response and I still have no package. On the second package, agents say i haven't paid the duty (when i have proof they took my money), and the others say it's on hold for a totally different reason, but assure me it's going to be delivered the next day. Its now been a week of that same response and i have neither of my 2 packages. NO ONE, not even management actually has the ability to give a straight answer or solve an issue properly at DHL / DHL Canada. Even just getting on the phone with a team leader or member of management was a hard task in itself. They refused to put me on, and i was even hung up on. After speaking with management I'm assured they are looking into the issue and i will receive an email or call back with a resolution and that DOES not happened. I have every single voice memo attached to my account if anyone wants to know how DHL's "valuable" customers are being treated, it's simply unacceptable in my opinion. This is why I'm choosing to share this experience in the hopes that this does not happen to anyone of you. This is your clear warning: STAY FAR AWAY FROM DHL. Agents will do or say anything to get you off of the phone. All they are they for is to take your tracking numbers and read to you what it says. Anything else is out of their hands and beyond their control. If you contact me to review the calls just listen how many times I'm assured my package will in fact be here. After being promised it was going to be here again today my package is now with a totally different 3rd party shipping service that says it's not coming until "tomorrow" once again. DHL is a complete waste of time scam and are VERY far from international shipping experts in my opinion.

I was told that our package would be delivered “ Express“ by Friday 25th . Now stuck in Boston USA “ waiting for pickup by recipient as requested”. The parcel is going to Maine. Customer service tells me that it’s waiting for the US postal service to pick it up and it won’t be there until the 30th , it is a birthday present for a friend whose birthday is today. After reading other people’s reviews I don’t expect much. DHL Express .....forget it!

I wish there was a 0 star rating for DHL. DHL lied about delivery attempts. They never came to my house and they said they tried delivering but no one's home. LIAR I called the customer service many times for help. They guaranteed 4 times to deliver my parcel the next day. Each day I ended up being so frustrated, here is what happened: Sep 21: I request delivery on the next day and it was confirmed by DHL. Sep 22: I waited at home the whole day but no one delivered my parcel, I called the customer service and the rep said it would get delivered tomorrow FOR SURE. Sep 23: I waited the whole day and no parcel, called again and the rep PROMISED the next day delivery. Sep 24: NO PARCEL again and I called and asked for a manager, the manager named Ruth GUARANTEED it would get delivered on the next day. Sep 25: GUESS what, today is the Friday and still no parcel. I called and the supervisor on the phone said they could only deliver my parcel on the NEXT Monday. Its fair to call DHL Liar at this point right? The specialist at DHL is like a joke. They sent you a scripted email and asked me to wait 2 days for a simple feedback on my parcel. Two days after, they sent you an email saying they closed my case becuz my "parcel is with the courier and it would be delivered today ". BUT where is my parcel, LIAR?

I ordered online phone from huwaie avoid this company thier drivers are thief and DHL won't listen or believe their customer even if you have proof wrong house picture they stolen my phone and uploaded road house picture and when they investigated maps tracker it shows he has been at that address and they wouldn't believe me clearly shows wrong house picture avoid at any cost I will never use dhl again and won't recommend it i am waiting for next call on Monday and I will see if they sort it out and I will be updating here

I had an email from DHL saying my parcel had been collected then 12hrs later to say they hadn't got it! Try speaking to a human being at DHL? FORGET IT they dont exist. Where is my parcel? Who knows. Stick to using Royal Mail instead

Worst company ever. If possible I would give no stars. I was supposed to have delivery of and installation of a new gas cooker on 21st of Aug. The fitter refused to install the cooker because it was too close to a shelf it took 5 mins to remove the shelf but I had to wait 2 weeks for another booking. They rearranged for the cooker to be delivered and installed on 14th Sept. with a slot between 7am-11am. tracker first said they would be here between 7 and 8 then kept getting later by 10 mins. every few mins. Eventually got through to DHL at 1pm. who informed me the guy hadn't turn up for work, they didn't have the decency to phone and let me know. They then offered me another date which was almost 3 weeks later. Needless to say I cancelled and went AO who will deliver and fit in 4 days time. This item was ordered through Argos. How Argos use DHL is beyond me, they are a load of shysters.

EVERYTHING. WHY DON'T THEY SHOW UP AT ALL. THEY DONT SHOW UP IN TIME FRAME THEY SPECIFIED, THEN DON'T SHOW UP AT ALL. WHY DO BUSINESS USE THIS COMPANY. FRUSTRATING. THEY DON'T DESERVE ONE STAR.

My wife had a delivery today by the most rudest driver ever he asked for a photo of her and the package after asking twice for her name these people completely unprofessional and rude my wife tons him how disgusted she was I’m so angry

Unreliable courier service. Never had a consignment delivered on time and I don’t know why I thought today would be different. I suspect going forward I will boycott services who use this postal service or at the very least request postage via alternative means.

I have two parcels due for delivery last thursday the 10 sept 2020 never arrived ,so i rang there customer service team was told they had not been scanned in there warehouse ,but will arrive Friday the 11th sept .Well no parcels arrived on Friday, so rang DHL again was told still not scanned in there warehouse so will be delivered on Monay the 14th sept 2020 .Again no parcels another phone call later still unscanned sitting in a warehouse not coming out .Its the worst delivery company in the Uk as this is the second time its has happened to me and they just lie .I have told the company that used them as there paying for a service there not getting i am sick of how Dhl lies does not deliver so i really suggest everyone not to use this company as they do not send out as promised ..My shipment mumber 31498280005662

4 weeks... they are getting worse by the day. The expected delivery date on my package from Canada to India was august 22nd 2020. I paid $183 to get it shipped, its 9th September today and it still hasn't been delivered. I've gone to the level of including CEO John Peterson in my escalation email, and they still have no responsibility.
