“Delivery a week late and counting. Responses to all forms of contact are non-existent.
Tracking said my parcel was the next to be delivered 2 days ago, waited outside for it and nothing. Still nothing now.”
“We had samples that arrived to Spain 2 weeks ago. We had been calling DHL daily trying to followup with them.
The customer service seemed friendy enough but they just waste your time. They diverted us from one department to another, where we had to explain everything from the start. They informed us that someone will call back and they never did.
We emailed them and they replied really late with a one sentance email that the package is still pending.
They informed us at some point that the package was in the health inspection department and that ourdocuments are all in order. But the inspectors had not come in yet, this was almost a week and half after the samples were already there.
We asked to be diverted to the compliants department. The customer service did not allow us to speak to them, she kept rambling on and cutting us mid sentance not even giving us a chance to explain our frustration, eventhough we were still being polite to her. It appears that the staff recieves little training in customer service and are stressed out that they can not handle a simple request.
The service is extremely terrible and has wounded our image and reputation with both our suppliers and customers. We cancelled our account the same day and we are still waiting for the package.”

“Dreadful service. First package returned from the states . Was scheduled to be picked up again five days ago. 15 phone calls and one call to complaints and a manager who finally called me back and the parcel is now on its way to the states ( five days after date organised) The manager told me it was " a technical problem or human error" No. it was just extreme inefficiency
The staff are mostly pleasant and apologetic . However this is not good enough. I would not use DHL again and have suggested to my broker who uses you a great deal to find another company

I sent to parcel to Latvia 30of the November.I called every single day nobody didn't give me answers what happen with my parcel.My parcel is staying in Germany from 03.12.20.After when I called they shouted me and put the phone down.I can not sleep at nights and I have stomach problems now because I all the time thinking what is gone on.I go to city advisers on Monday and maybe they help me sort out this problem.I never again use this company and I want forget like bad dream in my life...”

I have been abused by DHL parcel which made my health condition worse. They wasted 10 days of my life so far and still no sign.
Nasty customer service, inexperienced advisors, every time you are put through different advisor with different and wrong information being provided to you, fake reassurance, fake premises, they are full of lies.. they keep lieing to you and pass you like a ball to each other. 9 days in a raw, I have been chasing them for my parcel which was never delivered and lost in the end.. they steal the valuable parcels, the driver does not attend to the address but you receive an update saying we missed you.. they are f..king lying.. even if you request speaking to the manager, they say management will get in touch within 48 hour, DO NOT TRUST THEM . They lie and when you chase them they'll say, oh we believe management has been in contact with you... they are nasty piece of sh..t.
I would personally stick to Royal Mail as they are more reliable than these f....ing company”
“You never included perfume in your list of “unacceptable items. You moved out box of Christmas presents to an office 70 miles away then opened the presents.you found a small bottle of unopened brand new perfume and demanded either we agreed to have it destroyed or agreed to travel the 140 miles round trip to collect it before you agreed to send the other presents on to their destination. No apology. No explanation about the terms and conditions not including perfume as a prohibited item. Just a great expense. We have been treated shabbily and I am making a complaint.”
“Had to send a parcel back to Italy . DHL picked the parcel up it arrived at the destination but nothing in the Box EMPTY. Looks like there is thieves in this company steeling peoples parcels . Looking at some reviews I’m not the only one this as happened too. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”
“Too bad I can't give 0 stars. DHL is absolutely useless. My parcel from Italy to the UK has been shipped on November the 30th. Since December the 1st is in Milan on hold. It is now in its 10th day of not moving and Customer Service is not able to say when it will leave the hub. Assuming that at some point if might leave (and I seriousy doubt this, at some point I'd expect that the parcel wil just disappear), it still has to get through a few more hubs. This is insane, I have been only provided with excuses, but there is no excuse for doing absoutely nothing for 10 days. Avoid it, they should not really be working. DHL should consider changing its business to storage units, perhaps that might work.”
“Used the company twice, first time my level got lost 3 times and ended up never receiving it sent back to sender, second time impossible to speak to anyone the communication is shocking and no clue as to where my parcel is two weeks later.”
“Never used your company and sadly will never will again first you sent me a bill telling me I had to pay import tax which cost more than what I had bought from e bay 2nd hand I told you to send it back which you said you will.the next week you told me you would be sending it to me again I phoned you saying we had already discussed this.then 2 days after a no script van drives up someone gave me a package that the only language to his knowledge was arabic.before he fled
Yes indeed it was my product that was meant to be sent back.after 3 conversations with you helpline.3 times my conversation was disconnected and having spent a considerable amount of money phoning I got a woman on line telling me I should sent it back to the nearest DHL pick-up point and that they will send me the voucher do do it within my e mail address it did not arrive
Hence I had to return it to you and pay for your faults.”
“Unfortunatly my parcel was not being delivered and there are not working contact info that I could contact to know what happened to my parcel the only hope is writting reviews about it till someone answer but it is not working so far

“Totally useless. Pick up booked for Wednesday, no show Thursday no show Friday no show. Monday turned up, so you pay for 1 to 2 day delivery and get 7 day delivery. No response from the help emails total joke. Will never use again”
