“What an absolte joke!!!
My name is Christopher cordner i reside at 193 main street west listowel ontario canada.
N4W1A2.
I ordered from a customer over two months ago which js fine it was custom work.
So its friday had been waiting for delivery or out for delivery all week already to find out i owe another 21 dollars for duty after already paying 40 bucks for delivery????
I then was at work and i received a notice my package was out for delivery i usually never use dhl mainly due to that reason no other company double charges for delivery other then dhl!
I then get home from work at 1238pm qnd truthfully from then on i waited over 5 hours and 45 minutes for an apparent delivery wothout proper tracking all the tracking states is out for delivery service ontario no estimated times of delivery or anything other then it will be at my destination by September 16th???
I then got tired of waiting i then run upstairs contact customer service live chat i got message from rebecca we discussed everything and i also gave her my phone number which i already have an account and its already on file ,then i also gave her my buzzer number and everything.
I then go to washroom quickly and with mo longer then 10 seconds i recieve a message stating they attempted a delivery that quick?
Thankgod i live in a rural community and my neighbors watch out for eachother.
I then contact customer service immediately to ask what the heck happened we discussed all information that was needed was supplied by myself and my acclunt information so why did the driver not call me ?
Leave me a slip?
Plus i also found out from businesss across from me told me they saw the truck during first apparent delivery attempt they slowed down to a crawl didnt leave truck and drive off and just pretended they did theyre job?
Like i stated i went immediately to customer service agent live again and i couldn't believe i got the same agent named rebecca.
She really truly tried to help she said that should not have happened she tjen contacted dhl driver and such and put an exception and within an hour and a half i was then supposed to receive a call and the druver bot only ignored a confirmation that he had been confirmed to come back didnt even bother attempting to didnt call or text or nothing and agajn my weekend and package i was double charged for is still not in my hands?
So another question if we happen all customers who live in buildings what are we supposed to do if your druver is lazy wont even get out of truck for a proper delivery,wont call?
Wont leave truck even with all information needed to make my delivery and now im out of luck until monday tuesday maybe so how am i supposed to be ready for a package when i have no idea when and how your delivery driver is supposed to show up?
Your tracking jsnt tracking all your reviews say the same thing and your company does nothing to change anythjng!
Too bad your company was great years ago now its just a joke sorry but come on what if it was you waiting and you oaid twice and the driver didn't even bother gwttjng his fat ass out of his truck to do his job he is paid to do?
Im sorry for my frustration and anger but what if it was your father ,sister brother mother father?

It's 9/13 now & no updates what so ever It has taken 14 days for a package to get from Illinois to Indiana.

There is no option to talk to anyone and you just get the same blah blah repeated to you by an automated voice. Truly awful customer service.”
“How is it that DHL does not have the size boxes we need to ship ?so where else are we going to get the boxes .plus you have incompetent people answering the phone that doesn't even know the size of the boxes that they're selling.been trying to get a size 8box for the pass 2 week. Unacceptable DHL”

“Orded something within the same country to a packstation, I was told it’ll be delivered in 1-2 working days. Package already 3 days late, and when I ask about, I’m told they send it back without giving me any reason at all?

Then was notified bad shipping information.
I called and 20 minutes later go a live person in chat and also live person on phone.
They confirm all information was correct but will not deliver until the next day. They screw up and the customer still has to pay them for DHL Screwup.

Pathetic service.. overseas package status shows delivered but not handed over to the addressee. Simply shows delivered at service area & location. The super intelligents in any of their offices are not aware of anything. Just having a name won't help..even local delivery boys are more efficient. Don't trust them...go for others...any damn courier would be definitely better than this”
“Worst company to ever deal with. They were supposed to delivery my two suitcases a small one and a larger one on the same day. They delivered the smaller one and said I was not home to deliver the second one. I got an email later that day saying it was ready for collection at the DHL point, but they did not specify which location. What a disaster that the product then got sent back to the seller without notifying me. The DHL customer service team is so slow at responding, that they sent it back a week later before they even investigated the issue. I had to repurchase a new one again and waiting on the refund for the other. Avoid avoid avoid DHL.”
