“Not deserving of one star.
I bought a watch for my son – better than I ever had. DHL promised deliver between 1 PM and 3 PM today. To be sure, I spent 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM sitting in a chair just inside our front door reading a good book. With my barky dog at my side. When no DHL truck appeared by 3:30 PM, I checked my emails to see a
LIE that DHL had “attempted” delivery AT 12:45 PM. NO ATTEMPT TO DELIVER.
Now, I am told, I must be home all tomorrow to get delivery.
DHL has done this to me before and once left a largish box out by our country mailbox, about 200 yards from the house, falsely claiming that I had signed for it. I found it months later when the snow melted.
“F” rating with the BBB, and DHL is not that good. Lies as a business plan.”
“Every time I order from the United States I get this b******* DHL charge that I have to pay after it's already been added to my purchase I f****** hate DHL and I have since canceled all of my accounts in the United States as well as my business partners accounts and will no longer be using DHL”
“DHL Frankfurt..Couriers they choose only the girls name to deliver them trying to make a love story with them ...If they read a man's name , they do not deliver the parcel or just call .Just forget about that .They will throw your parcel anywhere in their archive.
Then call their artificial stupidity system , to try to reach their customer hell service...A horrible experience, I do not wish it even to my enemies ..
If anyone from DHL does not agree , I send you three parcels number in my name ( blocked by DHL ) for no raison ..The same parcel type was sent to an Ukrainian women , it came quickly to her house and the "couriers " came two times to her house and called her many times , then they left a receipt in her post box ...
Be careful from such dirty gang of sexually sick DHL team , protected by the German law of goats ...”
“They charged us $75 for delivery we needed the package to be delivered on Monday 11-18-24 we received a message saying it was going to be delivered on the 20 even though we paid to be delivered on the 18 well we got another message saying it was in transit to be delivered on the 19 between 7 and 9 pm we waited at home didn't go anywhere the deliver person is a liar been at home we received a message saying no one was home so that's why it wasn't delivered now we don't know when or if its going to be delivered I'm asking for my money back I will never use this company again and I will make sure to tell all my friends and family about it . This is the worse company”

“Parcel delivered half an hour away , full address WITH correct eir code was put in aswell , rang the drivers given number 0860299449 just for him to have an attitude and say he didn’t have the correct eir code and he “doesn’t deliver to Sallins” useless couriers”
“Avoid this service. It is highly unreliable and non-compliant. The team consistently fails to respond, and the processes are incredibly slow and ineffective. Despite giving them three chances with international packages, they take the payment but never deliver as promised. Customer service is terrible—they don’t escalate issues and handle matters poorly.
Specifically, avoid working with Rajendra and Manas. The experience has been disappointing at every level; even an AI could have managed this better. Absolutely useless team with zero accountability.”

“Paid $44 to receive a car part by Friday, 11/8/24. It is now Sunday, 11/10. No sign of the package. Tracking simply says "delivery attempt could not be made" (I've been here all weekend, no attempt was made). Never use DHL.”
“Very disappointed and angry that I paid a little more than R 1200 to send a parcel to Greece and once the parcel was in Greece, my son was then told to pay 62 Euros which works to be about the same amount I had already paid. When I called to enquire I was told it to as for customs. This was not told to me upfront. That was what I was angry about. Had I known about this, I could have made different decisions. I would have taken the item with me when I visit next year. DHL sucks”
“For an entire week all my notifications from DHL said Friday delivery. Even on Friday, when I called DHL, the representative said, it can still be delivered today. I asked, where's my notification that it's out for delivery? No show, no delivery and DHL has no idea where it's at or when it will be delivered. Unfortunately, I didn't choose to use DHL. 😡😡”

“I had a terrible experience with DHL. My package was scheduled for delivery on November 7, and as someone who works from home with cameras covering my property, I was ready to receive it. However, the delivery never happened. Instead, I received an email and a text saying that no one was home, which was simply not true.
I tried contacting customer service but found they were already closed (I live in California, so perhaps they run on Eastern Time). I then rescheduled delivery for the next day between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. This time, both my husband and I were home. I was actively tracking the driver on the map, and at one point, the message said they were delayed, with “22 stops to go.”
At 6:09 pm, I received another email and text saying the driver attempted delivery but that no one was home. My husband and I were both stunned, as neither of us saw any sign of the driver. My guess is that the driver isn’t making an effort, despite knowing that many people today have cameras monitoring their property.
This has been my first experience with DHL, and it’s also the worst. I hope it will be my last. As of now, I am still waiting for my package!”
“I made a mistake and was not home for a package. I went to the office in Rochester New York and they went out of their way to get it off the truck. I’m very grateful for that.”
“Caught on camera , a DHL delivery guy taking a picture of my package to show he delivered it and then he stole it. Waiting for customer service to rectify this.”
“I paid good money for delivery, for an urgent antibiotic for my cat, it was supposed to be here today 11-8-24, and now they've informed me it will be the 12 th!!! This is highly inexcusable, this is the most incompetent and poor excuse for a delivery company I've ever seen, hope my cat holds on until then, anybody reading this, don't use this delivery company”
“They are lying about trying to deliver package - Courier do not even care about trying to contact you. They just straight forward ignore delivery and lie to you about trying to do it? How I know you ask? I stay in my ONE ROOM apartment in Batumi whole day today and.... nobody care to knock on the doors. :):):)”
