“This is the 2nd time I pd for 2 day delivery for an order and did not receive my package. The first time was you in Florida every day for three days to go back to Tennessee and the package never arrived at our family’s house. It took me two weeks to get my money back from the company of $230. I placed another order and this company is using DHL and my package was supposed to be delivered today August 5 and it is now 7 PM and my package still has not arrived . We are supposed to be moving into an Airbnb for three days as we were having construction done on our house and cannot be here tomorrow when the package is now being promised. So, thankfully, we both work from home, but one of us is gonna have to go back to the house where there’s gonna be banging on the roof to wait for this very expensive package. I hate this company.”

“They claim they tried to deliver today at 5:45, but since I have been home all day listening for the doorbell--and actually with my driveway area in my view at that hour-- specifically to receive the parcel, their claim is either a lie, or they went to the wrong house. And since their representative said since their drivers do use GPS, there is almost no way they could have gone to the wrong house.
Their website had a means for me to give them my email to be notified when the parcel is out for delivery and to let me know when it was delivered. I gave my email requesting both those services--but was never notified.
If your parcel requires a signature at delivery: Based upon my experience with them--and their terrible reputation in these reviews, DO NOT EVER WAIVE THAT RIGHT BY AUTHORIZING THEM TO DELIVER WITHOUT YOUR SIGNATURE!”
“I posted a box 4 to Nigeria from UK DHL service point Manchester. The box consists of certificates, rechargeable lamp and small solar panel. All items were seized and they are asking me to pay 400,000 naira before they can delivered it. I am telling everyone to stop using DHL to post their items because they are robbers! Please do not be a victim because I have never see a case where someone will be asking for a receipt of my certificates! Please see DHL as a robber! Do not use them to post your parcel”

“I have an international vendor who only uses DHL. Without exception, every single delivery has been problematic. Delivery attempts to my business made at 10:00pm, a package delivered to a Target Superstore in ANOTHER CITY, and today notification that they attempted delivery but I was closed, but I wasn't, my shop was open a the time I received the email. Customer service is never any help. I'd choose a carrier pigeon over DHL.”
