“The package was sent next day delivery. Parcel from Birmingham arrived at Norwich but consignee at Peterborough. The package was very important. Do not choose this company if the delivery date is important to you. There are drivers taken from the street who are irresponsible towards their work.”
“I sent my US official ballot ON TIME from Europe where I live to the US. I paid €45.00 it was supposed to be in the US within three days but after OVER a week it is still kept on hold in the annex for no reason whatsoever. I missed the voting deadline because of these people I wonder if they do it on porpuse to stop people from voting. “I ordered a package online and changed the delivery address 3 days before it was arriving in Australia on the DHL contact form. My delivery still went to the original address which shouldn’t have happened because I had updated it.

“What complete morons! And I am being polite... I have been waiting 10 days for a simple letter to be delivered. I have requested redelivery umpteen times and for the letter to be folded through the letterbox. Nope, can't do it! I've taken an unpaid day off work today-wasted holiday, in response to a phone message from Rakesh at HR/ Complaints stating that it would be delivered today-it's not even out for delivery! I can't reschedule it because DHL have tried redelivering it so many times on days that I didn't request, that I have no other options to redeliver. So instead I just wasted over 1/2 hour on the live chat to be told it's not going to be redelivered today! A whole day of my holiday time stuck inside because DHL told me to because they can't follow a simple instruction to fold a letter. It's a delivery company-how hard is it to deliver??! When I asked to complain, Louise told me my complaint was being dealt with by Rakesh-clearly not, because he gave me the wrong information and I still don't have the letter! I will be seeking compensation DHL you useless 'delivery' company.”
“Very disappointing delivery and customer service!
I have paid extra for the express delivery as I needed the packages to arrive at a certain time for an event, and they have only delivered half of my shipment and sent the other half to the wrong place. I sent them both together and the delivery address was the same.
Their customer service consists of an automated online chat with no option to speak with a real person who has the capacity to actually resolve any issues.
Why are you so incapable and incompetent DHL????”
“Absolutely the most incompetent delivery service in Spain. After repeating back to me my exact address, phone number, and email address each time I called to find out where the package was (I had to call 5 times, as the package was now two and a half weeks late), they eventually delivered it to a random service point somewhere in the city. Still haven’t received it. Every time you call, they apologize for the “inconvenience,” then proceed to do absolutely nothing to fix the problem.”

Paid for the next day delivery, their tracking system every time a long in tells me different information. Extremely frustrating experience. No idea when the delivery is going to take place and there is no way to find out as DHL online, telephone customer service is non existent.”
“I can’t rate this service low enough, failed delivery paid extra for early drop off, after 2 failed drops 1 to there own pickup point I collected it myself.
Note a driver came to collect on the same day to the same place but he said a different driver does the drops. It was even in the time frame I was told they would deliver. Well 15 minutes late.”

“I came to the DHL branch in South Liverpool at 11.35am 2nd November 2022 and was met by a lady with a name tag on known as Karen, what rude, abrupt, arrogant, and Impolite staff member she was, appalling in her mannerism and customer service approach. I am dumbfounded and would not of believed that such a reputable company as DHL would employ such a person to work on the front desk in the customer service department . I felt the whole experience offputting. I fully understand that sending goods abroad has to be checked individually and personal items must be looked at and inspected for security measures and procedures must be followed. I fully understand this and have no issues with this procedure, however the staff member doing this job is absolutely dreadful. Being in business myself I am of the firm belief that providing good customer service/satisfaction is imperative and of paramount importance along with politeness and courtesy is all part of a procedure in dealing with the clients.
CAN NOT, WOULD NOT, WILL NOT, AND SHOULD RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE.”

Verwerking door vervoerder DH: daarvan heb ik vanaf 24-10-2022, 6 emails ontvangen, dat ze vandaag voor de deur staan enz., met de laatste op 26 oktober en volgens DHL het pakket/kaart!, die zo in mijn brievenbus had gekund, maar rechtstreeks aan mij is overhandigd!!!!! Wat??? wanneer???? En nog steeds geen kaart! O ja, de kaart ging terug naar een DHL ServicePoint. Kan ik het ophalen. Bijna 85 jaar en zou beter te been willen zijn. Niet handig.

“Disgusting service. First they arrange for me to drop off a parcel at a shop that doesn't accept DHL. I found another drop off point and received a receipt. Parcel appeared on the DHL system as dropped off, then the next day updated to say it was collected. Then tracking added a note to say the parcel had not been received. It is impossible to contact anyone in any way - the only phone number wouldn't accept my tracking number from the drop off receipt, email is useless, live chat doesn't understand what you're asking - after 3 DAYS OF DEMANDING AN ANSWER!!!! I finally received an email saying we refused to collect your parcel, go and collect it. But the drop off shop doesn't have it and DHL refuse to tell me where my parcel is. The whole point of next day delivery is that it arrives the next day, not gets lost for over a week! Dreadful, hideous, awful company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!”
“This is the second time I got stuck having to use DHL to ship something from overseas, it arrive today in a plain cardboard box with a sticker that said “DHL repackaged” it’s a new Sony PlayStation 5 Pulse headset and the manual is missing the wires are missing the USB dongle that makes it function is missing and the headset appears that it was wet at one time and it’s completely unusable. I waited three weeks for this Christmas gift to come and it was brand new “In Original Box” when shipped !
DHL is the worst shipper in the world (in my opinion) and should just go out of business right now and save everybody a whole bunch of headaches, yes I will include photographs !”
“Worst delivery company I've ever seen. Even though I was at home, the driver left without delivering my parcel. He rang my bell and I asked for the name on the parcel. After saying my name, I opened the door and realized that he had left without delivering my parcel. A few minute later I have received a message from DHL that you are not at home, we could not delivered. For this reason, I connected to the customer service chat twice. Alex, one of the customer service agent, although it was their fault, Alex said that he could not reach the driver's phone that he cant not deliver my parcel today. I don't understand how they can't reach a driver working in their own company during working hours. After that, I connected to the chat again. One of the customer service agent his name is Chris. He asked my tracing details and I sent him my waybill number which he can see tracking details easly with this number. He just turn off the chat to my face and left the conversation.”
“Worst experience of my life, waiting in work for over 48 hour for next day delivery for the delivery driver to just decide finishing early is more important, none existent customer service and endless automated services. They still have my £1,000 order. I would rate 0 stars if i could”
