Do Not buy from Dell! recently bought a fitbit watch from Dell and it has been a NIghtmare dealing with them. No human beings to speak to, just circulsr lops of chatbots! The product was faulty and I tried to make a return, but it's taking forever. Avoid doing business with this terrible company. ๐Ÿ˜•

I have an issue with the fan on a laptop a couple of months after purchase. Months of trying to get ANY response from Dell has so far achieved nothing. The worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Dell's website said it was "out for delivery" for 6 straight days. Dell's support has not answered my emails or picked up the phone from my calls in over a week. Their Instagram messages were the only replies I received and they said it was escalated to a logistics supervisor last week but I still have no reply. They keep saying it will be resolved in 24 hours but it has not been resolved. They also will not give me information on how to get a refund unless the computer has been delivered. Basically, they stole my money and will not give me a way to get it back.

I have recently purchased two computers from them i haven't received it, but the worst part is talking to their customer servicers the worst experience i have ever had i don't know what is the process of their hiring but to me it seems that they have hired bunch people who don't have customer services skills at all, i don't recommend this to anyone to be honest.

DELL WAS GOOD BEFORE. NOW TERRIBLE. I recently purchased Dell Pro Plus. The first one I purchased I had it customized to higher speed, storage, etc. It was delivered earlier than expected which was great. BUT I HAD TO RETURN IT BECAUSE THE SYSTEM FROZE SEVERAL TIMES. I re-ordered, same model but no more customization except for the softwares. It was delivered on time. That was good. But this laptop did not automatically transferred my files from the old computer to the new one. The first one did that quiet fast. Called customer support. A lot of transfers and you have to keep repeating the express code or ST with each transfer. Two of my calls could not go through because the auto said the department was experiencing tech difficulty. On the third call, it said the department was closed. I have to call on next business day. WHAT IS HAPPENING AT DELL? NOT RECOMMENDED .

Trying to change my email for legal, Trauma and PTSD reasons so I'm not reminded of the abuse that I went though as a child. They refuse to do that and are making me lose ALL of my information about my computers and subscription services. Customer care refuses to even try and sort out the issue while LOADS of other companies will fix the issue no problem.

They are unable to help with anything, no support at all I was simply looking for a cable for my ac adapter for my Alienware m16 and no matter what was ignored until the support chat closed. And they were gonna charge my 60 bucks for a cord. Iโ€™m absolutely disgusted and I always have talked great about them and itโ€™s not gonna happens again until they change my mind. I presented 2 photos that only include a tiny part of it. Iโ€™m disgusted that I payed thousands for a pc for this kind of support. I wonโ€™t make this mistake again!

Dell prompted me two day ago to update their system. I did. I then lost bluetooth which for a guy with hearing aids is not good. cannot get anyone at Dell/India to help, only platitudes. Owned 4 Dell machines previously with out issue. Never again.

Terrible experience. My first Dell computer. Inspiron 14. After one year the keyboard is not working. It is been replaced. A couple of months later I start having issues with the Video Card and the PCI status, the mouse pad, I cannot change the screen luminosity anymore and AGAIN I have the same issues I previously had with the keyboard. The only support they offer is sending the PC away for an unpredictable amount of time. Solution that I cannot consider as I am an university student about to get my degree. Dell's product are absolutely awful and they clearly practise planned obsolescence. It's a shame!

I have a Latitude 5530 I received new in Nov 2022. in November 2024 it would not apply windows security updates to windows 11 pro.I purchased ProSupport with the laptop and so I called Dell Tech Support. Last week, I decided to get this problem resolved and called Dell Tech Support - After a number of hours over a few days, the Tech told me it was a windows problem and that I should call microsoft. I did and spend several hours with them trying to fix the machine. It did not fix it. They sent me back to Dell. More hours beginning on Tuesday and by the time we go to Friday, the machine was useless - nothing the Tech told me to do made any difference. They said a Tech would be on site the next business day which would be monday. Sure enough I got an email to tell me the name and phone number of the person to expect and they wluld be here between 1 and 6 PM on Monday. I phoned the tech at 4 PM and he said he was tied up on a job and was going on vacation, so someone else would be out the next day. No One came out. Called again on Tuesday. I was told they ordered the part and it was on the way...then I got a notice that the part was delayed, Fed X was now at fault. I asked to elevate this and the Tech said he did - the I called on Wednesday and that tech told me is was elevated but it hasn't been 24 hours so no one looked at the "elevated" status. It left me wondering what the "elevated status" was for. I told this guy that there was supposed to be next business day service to have a tech here. He explained that happens only when everything goes well and sometimes it takes 2 or three days. I asked for the FedX Tracking number and he said he would send it to me - he did not. By the way, they shipped this part to arrive by "end of business day" instead of for delivery by 10:30 AM. This work order to have a tech on site was written on Friday, it is now end of wednesday. Thursday morning I called again - tech said he would send the tracking number - he did not. The part is still missing but their status report shows a serial number for the part which only appears once the part ships. I was promised that this was again "elevated" and a supervisor would call me by 6:00 PM. It is now 8PM - no call and no update on the status of this on site service, a service which is supposed to be "Next Business Day". Tomorrow is Friday. I have no confidence that the part has made it to the person who is supposed to make the service call. I have no call from any supervisor and I have no appointment notice for the repair. So bottom line is that pro support does not live up to the sales pitch so save your money. Tomorrow is the 5th business day since the order was entered and no one at Dell seems to give a damn. I will never again buy Dell and when these systems are replaced they will be replaced by another manufacturer. What a shame.

Dell credit changed their financing company and sent all of our accounts to commenity bank. Community bank sucks. Theyโ€™re all located in India as well. This change stopped my automatic payments and now they continue to not be set up right. They are not helpful in helping you with their online site to pay. They wonโ€™t let you set anything up unless you know your account number which you canโ€™t get without it being mailed to you. They do not have any of my actual information correct and wonโ€™t tell me what it is.

Couldn't manage to deliver my laptop on the allocated day despite lots of checking and emails. 3 attempts including a fake delivery attempt by Dpd. I then requested a refund. Couldn't refund my ยฃ800 despite 3 emails dodged a bullet because I see lots of complaints by people who have their laptops and are having technical problems. I bought a Dell over 10 years ago and it seems that the quality has diminished severely.

Tried to return my laptop, but they sent me the wrong return instructions when I finally got a hold of someone. They said it was too late to return the laptop because it had been over five days.

Wish there was a 0 star rating. Placed an order online 2 months ago which never got delivered to my address. Now they say that the vendor (pandion) that was supposed to deliver the product is no more operating. And these guys continue to send me monthly dell pay CC statements and have their collection agents call me every other day.

I trusted this platform with my investment, but soon after, I lost access to my funds, and their support team stopped responding. I went online to purchase from Dell Alienware I paid for m18 R2 with RTX 4080 video card. I received m18 R2 with RTX 4070 These are not the same thing. I called to inquire about the issue all I got was grief, transfers, and many attempts to explain my issue over and over with no resolution. I feel cheated and after going around with them I now feel it was intentional and the way they do business. I would not ever recommend purchasing from them even if a gun was at your head, just take the bullet.

requested a screen part. so i could fix my labtop... they recommended me sending it in. gave me a 400+ quote... i said go ahead, then parts were on back order (which was not told me to me), then when the parts did arrive, apparently, something else was wrong. i declined because the experience was terrible. it was returned to me NOT working, although the sheet within the computer said it was returned in working condition. family has purchased over 10+ dell computers in the past 5 years. They will get none of my business going forward.
