"Saturday delivery option" doesn't work. Booked to deliver on Saturday and date was changed to Monday. Useless customer service thereafter. Very dissatisfied with them.

Paid additional pricey insurance for a heavy parcel I was returning in its original packaging to the supplier. It arrived damaged and looked like it had been dropped, dragged along the floor. It was a heavy carton and I was charged accordingly, as over 25kg I assume it was a 2 man lift. But on that basis it wouldn't have been so damaged. Parcel Monkey refused my claim for the £39 worth of damage I was deducted by the company for the returned goids. PM refused a payout from the insurance, ignored a posted letter and follow up email complaining. Might consider small claims court or some other avenue of claiming. Terrible PM service (24 hour delivery took 5 days too). Never use them. Cowboys.

SCAM ALERT Beware of this company. Once you pay for the service, they will recharge your credit card for more money, fraudulently claiming that the dimensions and weight were inaccurate. I had my card charged for an additional $100+ fraudulently. The company is well aware of this unscrupulous practice but continues to do so. See the attached FedEx receipt that clearly shows the package weighs 31 lbs. The company later claimed it was over 35 lbs without any proof. Sent me a bogus invoice for the additional charge. The actual dimensions on my package were 16x16x17 and Parcel monkey claims it was 35x20x17. See attached pictures.

They will not provide even the most basic tracking information without the creation of an account. I've been around far too long to give a marketing department that much personal information.

The best help I can give any future customers is AVOID AVOID AVOID this useless company. They are acting illegally when they sell insurance that covers almost nothing, tell you have a week to claim, total illegal. Parcels are flung around and they take your money with no responsibility.

DO NOT USE!! Paid for 48 hour delivery, our boxes arrived 3 days late. This we could cope with but when the boxes did arrive they were severely damaged. Whole sides were ripped off boxes and various items were smashed, broken and damaged. We packaged everything in line with the guidance and so we are obviously extremely disappointed with this service. We took out insurance and this counts for nothing!! They are refusing to give compensation for things NOT on the restricted items list. Absolute cowboys. They have broken so much of our stuff and I will have to replace it all myself.

No refunds are given for incomplete service Parcel Monkey got the fee, arranged the pick up of my luggage. A secondary deliver company (parcel force) picked up the delivery. They returned back the parcels to the pick up location 3 days later without any explanations. Parcel Monkey refuses to give refunds. I am charged for a service that is not completed at all! Parcel Monkey is a scam company, don't use them. My advice is use DHL or FedEx instead.

I insured the delivery of a TV. I clearly stated in the description during the purchase of Insurance that the Item was a TV. After they delivered my TV damaged they refused to pay for the damage telling me that TVs are not included in T&C of Insurance. They accepted and kept the money I paid for the insurance knowing the content was a TV. The support told me to write a complain and so I did. They didn't even bother to reply. On my opinion This is a scam and consumer should be protected!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS PM8472688 DX Freight Next Day Horrible experience! AVOID at all costs! I have sent an expensive item (480£) that I insured for the whole amount, through them and not only that it took longer to arrive, but the product arrived damaged, upside down and part of the box was missing. The item was very well packed and secured, also the driver that collected confirmed that the box was adequately sealed and secured. After I found out that the product arrived damaged I opened a claim that is now taking longer than 2 weeks to get sorted. The first time they decided to refund only 250£ of the total 480£ punds that I insured and after they took responsibility for the fact that the product arrived damaged, I replied and tried to explain that I need the whole amount to be refunded they said that is my fault and that the package was not well packed and they say my claim is rejected. I will proceed and go to the small claims court and hopefully I will get my money back and also the delivery fee, because obviously the delivery was a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!

Hello,I don't know who's going to see this before you make a very bad decision when sending anything through this company that's so cheap and your package will never reach its destination"China"like Me!its still stuck some where and them or EMS China don't know what happen!120days in Shipping from the Couriers!don't waste your time or you will waste your money!

5 problems in 2 months, 2 taking cash from my bank without authorization and overcharging for parcels that were the correct weight. 3 missing parcels. I understand the current situation but the staff just stonewall you when you try to seek remedy. These used to be good, but they have fell apart recently unlike some other very reliable courier services.

Currupt and lying company. Do not use them if you value what you send because they will not cover you even if you pay extra for insurance after your item is smashed by their incompetent couriers (Parcel Force).

Rubbish. I paid for 2 parcels, they didn't come first day. i contacted parcel monkey but they didn't come second day, and again I contacted parcel monkey they didn't come third day. stay away

A terrible experience. I waited in 4 times for a parcel to be collected and nothing happened. Customer Service was non existent - at one point claiming not have my full address - even though it was printed on the label supplied for the parcel! Avoid.

I needed to ship 3 boxes from the UK to Italy and I chose Parcel Monkey with DPD classic. Worst service ever! The boxes arrived at the recipient extremely damaged and burst, the cardboard boxes were torn and open in some places as if someone purposely tried to open them. They were crushed by heavier weights during the transport. I packed everything carefully and it was impossible the boxes opened themselves. I am extremely dissatisfied and will never use this service again! 0 stars!!

Lost my package, then allegedly found it but have yet to return it to me (more than three weeks since they created a return shipping label). Over two and half months of dealing with them, package is probably still lost and they're lying about. Just own up to running a horrible, inept company that can't do its job.

Do not use this service, it is a scam. They lie about why their prices are low. It's not because they are connected or know some secret about the industry, it is because they will send your package collect on delivery and force you to pay the difference when your courier tries to delivery the package.

My item was delivered damaged and I am now out of pocket for £350. I paid for additional insurance on my delivery. I registered a claim on the 22nd June and still heard nothing back. Absolute terrible customer service
