Paid for 48 hour delivery, our boxes arrived 3 days late. This we could cope with but when the boxes did arrive they were severely damaged. Whole sides were ripped off boxes and various items were smashed, broken and damaged. We packaged everything in line with the guidance and so we are obviously extremely disappointed with this service.
We took out insurance and this counts for nothing!! They are refusing to give compensation for things NOT on the restricted items list. Absolute cowboys. They have broken so much of our stuff and I will have to replace it all myself.”

Parcel Monkey got the fee, arranged the pick up of my luggage.
A secondary deliver company (parcel force) picked up the delivery. They returned back the parcels to the pick up location 3 days later without any explanations.
Parcel Monkey refuses to give refunds. I am charged for a service that is not completed at all!
Parcel Monkey is a scam company, don't use them. My advice is use DHL or FedEx instead.”
“I insured the delivery of a TV. I clearly stated in the description during the purchase of Insurance that the Item was a TV. After they delivered my TV damaged they refused to pay for the damage telling me that TVs are not included in T&C of Insurance. They accepted and kept the money I paid for the insurance knowing the content was a TV.
The support told me to write a complain and so I did. They didn't even bother to reply.
On my opinion This is a scam and consumer should be protected!!!”

Horrible experience! AVOID at all costs!
I have sent an expensive item (480£) that I insured for the whole amount, through them and not only that it took longer to arrive, but the product arrived damaged, upside down and part of the box was missing. The item was very well packed and secured, also the driver that collected confirmed that the box was adequately sealed and secured. After I found out that the product arrived damaged I opened a claim that is now taking longer than 2 weeks to get sorted.
The first time they decided to refund only 250£ of the total 480£ punds that I insured and after they took responsibility for the fact that the product arrived damaged, I replied and tried to explain that I need the whole amount to be refunded they said that is my fault and that the package was not well packed and they say my claim is rejected.
I will proceed and go to the small claims court and hopefully I will get my money back and also the delivery fee, because obviously the delivery was a joke.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!”

“A terrible experience. I waited in 4 times for a parcel to be collected and nothing happened. Customer Service was non existent - at one point claiming not have my full address - even though it was printed on the label supplied for the parcel! Avoid.”
“I needed to ship 3 boxes from the UK to Italy and I chose Parcel Monkey with DPD classic. Worst service ever! The boxes arrived at the recipient extremely damaged and burst, the cardboard boxes were torn and open in some places as if someone purposely tried to open them. They were crushed by heavier weights during the transport. I packed everything carefully and it was impossible the boxes opened themselves. I am extremely dissatisfied and will never use this service again! 0 stars!!”
“Lost my package, then allegedly found it but have yet to return it to me (more than three weeks since they created a return shipping label). Over two and half months of dealing with them, package is probably still lost and they're lying about. Just own up to running a horrible, inept company that can't do its job.”

It's not because they are connected or know some secret about the industry, it is because they will send your package collect on delivery and force you to pay the difference when your courier tries to delivery the package.”

“absolutely disgusting. Quick enough to take your money but you will have a huge fight on your hands if your item is smashed by their couriers, (in this case Parcelforce). Paid and booked online through Paypal, my item was insured for £200,00 as it was a costly guitar body. Of course it got smashed by Parcel force and i had to open a claim through Parcel monkey who are now beating around the bush and trying desperately to avoid the issue. They have even told me that they will refund my Paypal transaction which will make my claim void and they will not have to arrange settlement. Absolutely disgusting and know nothing of the law.”

They lost my item and gave me 7 days to produce a receipt or they wouldnt pay me.
I was unable to obtain the receipt in that time due to the company I bought from being closed due to Covid so I had to wait for an email back confirming purchase.

Totally unhelpful staff with unprofessional behaviour. Paid for international priority TRACKED service, and they say that 'the tracking/claims timeframe will need to be monitored as we cannot provide an ETA/status update for this at present'. They don't give any answers about the location of my shipments or at least an estimated delivery timeframe. STAY AWAY. SCAM.”
