However, if this is allowed to be published, I would like to offer my sincerest condolances and thanks to the long list of people who have suffered at the hands of this fraudulent company (which by rights should be prosecuted, made to pay compensation and be shut down) but also my thanks because, had I not logged on here to read these (sorry) reviews beforehand, I was about to become yet another casualty of their malpractice.

“It looked to good to be true and it was. I have been charged extra money as apparently my parcel was bigger and weighed more than stated. Sadly Parcel Monkey can't provide evidence and push that back onto the customer to provide and even more worrying that have quoted me 2 different parcel sizes and 6 different weights. Beware they can charge you what they like retrospectively!”
“ABSOLUTE SCAM! AVOID!
Two days after recipient received the parcel, Parcel Monkey billed me for additional charges citing that the parcel weighed more than specified. I have sent them photographic evidence to the contrary which they claim does not match the images they have on file (without sharing those images with me). I am having to dispute the charges via my credit card as they had billed the charges without my authorisation. Speaking to friends about this service, it appears the same has happened to them. Avoid!”
“Ordered Express24 and left the parcel in the shop a week ago. But the parcel has not been collected yet so contact the customer service team but not very helpful, just keep saying "will chase the courier to pick it up asap" and still waiting.... Really disappointed in their service!”
“I've sent a lot of parcels, all of the same dimensions and weight with ParcelMonkey. On two occasions I've had them come back after delivery to say additional charges have been made for the parcel due to weight being over. This is incorrect. The parcels all weigh the same and are the same size ( I only sell one product).
I will not use them any longer if they can't defend their actions.”
“I booked two packages from the US to the UK both on 2-5 business day delivery. One arrived but the receiver had to pay 26 pounds to release the package even though I had labeled it as a gift. (which they said i had not) the second package STILL has not arrived .. it's been 2 weeks.....”
“First and last time I will use Parcel Monkey . I dropped off my package at Fedex on November 5, 2020 to start the process to go to EMS. It said it would take 7-10 days to get it to the destination in the Philippines. Last tracking was November 19 ,2020 arrived in London . No more tracking information after that . It’s been 30 days and now it’s December 5,2020 and still not arrived . I have written so many inquiries on issues and still no response. What kind of company is this . I would have rather just paid double with FedEx , UPS air DHL to make sure I can track my package or talk to a human being to resolve this issue . HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!”

You get what you pay for. A small discount going through this middle man, you can't call them - you can't call the courier. Day after day you wait for them to collect - they don't. You waste time complaining to their Live Chat - time wasters !”
“I booked a collection with a next day delivery service, item collected on a Tuesday and should have been delivered on the Wednesday and after chasing parcel monkey and the courier company direct it was finally delivered on the Friday. I had, unfortunately, booked the same service again on the Tuesday (before I realised that it isn’t actually a next day service at all) and had an item collected on the Wednesday that again any many chases was eventually delivered on Monday.
I complained to both the courier company and parcel monkey - the courier said Parcel Monkey should refund my cost as they didn’t deliver on time. I contacted parcel monkey several times who has no contact numbers you can only contact them via online chat / email. All they kept saying was somewhere deep down in their terms and conditions it doesn’t matter if the next day service you paid for doesn’t deliver, basically it’s tough! The last few messages I sent they ignored all the questions and just copied and pasted the t&c’s clause so their customer service is the same sub standard as the deliveries they offer! I asked how can they sell a ‘next day delivery service’, charging a premium for the next day part that quite obviously is NOT a next day service. It wasn’t just an unfortunate event whereby it got delayed, it was never a next day delivery service in the first place as both my parcels turned up 3 days later! False advertising, selling false services - not sure how they are getting away with it but I will be contacting trading standards too!!
AVOID, there are much better companies to use!!
P.s. I suspect if they see this review they will post the clause out of their t&c’s about how they don’t ‘guarantee’ next day delivery! They won’t actually recognise the fact that they are falsely selling a service by calling it ‘next day delivery’ when infact its 3-4 day delivery!!”
“Absolutely poor customer service
Absolutely poor customer service. If things go wrong they are unable to help you. They reply quickly without even reading your message and sending templated responses.I booked two ParcelForce deliveries with them, they were collected but then stuck at the depot. I had to go all they way to the local depot under the rain on my bike to find out that ParcelForce doesn't see the shipping labels in their system for my ParcelMonkey bookings. There is clearly a technical glitch in tech system, I tried to explain them the issue in different forms but ParcelMoneky customer service were absolutely unhelpful. Never again.”

“I paid for a package to be sent with ParcelForce. Downloaded the sticker. Carefully packaged it all up. Took it to a local post office. Received confirmation on their website + receipt from the post office. My package was lost. Parcelmonkey wanted proof of postage. GIVEN. Proof that the recipient never received it. GIVEN. Contact of recipient given. A receipt to prove the cost of my package NOT over 12 months old!! What??!! So anything over 12 months is NOT INSURED WITH Parcelmonkey! DONT USE THEM!”
“Horrible experience! I not have a large parcel that has been sent from uk to us and is being held at customs in Miami due to Parcel monkey incorrectly adding extra numbers to the total declared value of the parcel! The value was only 527.00 (as writen on the actual invoice) but Parcel monkey wrote on the waybill (airbill) that the value was 52,711.00!!! Now customs is saying I'll need to pay taxes on that amount!!!!! Are you kidding me?????? At this point I'll probably need to just let them send the parcel back to uk... will then be charged for the return shipping... and then need to pay again to send back to US in hopes that they don't make another error!!!!!”

As there is no way to contact Trustpilot without filling in such a form, I decided to post here because, as will become apparently, there was absolutely no way I was booking through ParcelMonkey.
"Deceptive Dealers: Price doubled at checkout
This is the ONLY courier company I've encountered who roughly doubled their cost of delivery at checkout. They had all the correct details: destination, dimensions & weight, yet when it came to paying, the price almost doubled, which is no joke when sending things abroad. Deceptive is the mildest description I can offer. Parcel Hero, on the other hand, although about 10% more expensive than Parcel Monkey's initial quote, provided the required service at the price Parcel Monkey cited initially."
Subsequently, Parcel Monkey asked for order details. Obviously, I did not order from them after this fiasco. Inputting order weight, size & destination produced half a dozen prices upto £35. I can still do this now. However, once through to the final page - without re-entering those data - prices were around ~£60.”
“Really really dreadful service.
I sent a parcel weighing 22kg, I know the parcel weighed at least 20kb because it was a set of York dumbells with a defined weight.
They sent me an additional invoice for £8.96 becaise they claimed I sent a package weighing 49kg!!
They refuse to budge or listen, they just dont care.
This operation a total scam.
DONT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
