I bought a 5 peice set of procook ceramic pans. I got them home and open the packaging to find that several of them had chips on the rims. I contacted the store who replaced the chipped ones sending me replacements. A week later and the others were also chipped. I contacted the store (which was not very local to me) who said they would replace again, but nothing arrived. I contacted again and they had accidentally deleted my email with my details on. In the meantime more of the other pans had also developed chips on the rims. By this point I was really cheezed off with the pans which were clearly very poor quality and were all chipped around the rims yet were only a few weeks old. I contacted the store for a refund which they did but I had to drive a 90 minute round trip as the store wasnt very local to me. I am happy that i had no problems in returning the pan set (as I had read many other reviews which had problems with the warranty and customer services refusing to help and blaming the customer). However I wont buy procook pans again as considering the price they are clearly not robust at all. I would recomment reading reviews on other pans and getting better quality. As for the procook reviews on the pans I bought - I was swayed by hundreds of great reviews. However I wasnt able to leave a review on the procook website so it seems you have to be invited to leave a review. So it seems the reviews on the Procook website are managed. I hope people read this review before purchasing. Procook need to improve the quality of their pans because such poor quality for premium prices feels like a scam.

We've owned a set of ProCook oven trays, pots and pans for several years now. We bought them online after reading numerous positive reviews (on a different site). I quickly became sceptical after using the items for a few months. The coating was very fragile, and the oven trays started to chip, warp and rust after a few uses. After a few years of use the frying pan has warped and lost whatever non-stick properties it once had. The pots are marginally better, but the handles get hot rapidly and are not safe to hold without mittens. The oven tray has lost most of its paint and is unsafe for baking food. A near complete waste of money.

Ordered the carbon steel “non-stick” frying pan set and have been massively disappointed with the quality of them. After only 1 month the top layer of the pans have peeled off and food always sticks to the pan. They were a complete waste of money, my old Russell Hobbs pans from Home Bargains lasted so much longer!!!

Brought 2 Procook Footed Mugs 6481 yesterday from your Evesham branch. As a treat this morning my wife made our daily morning tea in bed. Guess what happened "one cup all the inside of the cup the GLAZE Cracked from top to bottom" spilling hot tea all over the work top. The tea is made in a tea pot, not boiling hot water in the cup first. The other cup did not keep the tea warm. I am having to travel 26 miles to return today to your Evesham Store!! To us these cups should be removed from your shelves and checked before a serious injury is caused to someone. We are both in our mid seventies and my wife is lucky not to have been burnt or worst the cup exploded. I will be having a very strong debate with your sales staff today to bring this to there attention. We do not wish anyone else to waste there time and safety with this product.

The knives I've bought have surface rust after only a few months , I General ly hand-wash sometimes dishwasher them, but apparently they ate not dishwasher proof. I've had cheaper knives and never had an issue. My warranty now is invalid as I used the dishwasher. For the money I paid I thought they would be better quality and not rust.

Worse returns process ever. For such a premium brand you would expect free returns. Not only you have to pay for returns but also the process is super complex and inflexible. Both the options offered require to print your own label and the phone support agent lack the knowledge to help you resolve issues with their buggy returns platform.

I ordered a total of 9 items (28th April) 1 of which was showing as stock due in soon. After paying, I was advised by email that the item would be due in shortly and would be dispatched with the rest of my order. 5th May, I chased for an order update to be told it was now due on 17th May. I waited until 18th May and chased again, to be told now due on 27th May!! They have had my money for 3 weeks, so I asked if they could send the rest of my items and they point blank said NO! I could either wait or cancel in full. What kind of company cannot amend an order so they can send part of it out? Why take payment for the goods if they know they are not dispatching them straight away? And as for customer service, why are they not keeping me informed of what is going on instead of making me chase them up? Pfff last time they get my money.

Very disappointed Very disappointed! I bought Gourmet Non-Stick Saute and Frying pan. In Less than one month of use I have marks on the outside on the pan. Well I thought I was entitled to a refund or replacement because of my guarantee and I was sent a msg from the costumer services saying I caused the damage & the guarantee doesn’t cover it! Wow Very unprofessional, I have another pan I use as normal and there are no such faults on it like the pan from pro cook. Very disappointed. It’s clearly made from very cheap material.

Coating came of Pans. procook refused to change them stating 'Pans had been used over a high heat' what a poor excuse. No such thing as a 25yr guarantee they'll just find any excuse to not honour it. Poor quality poor customer service. avoid! G. Baker

We bought £380 worth of pots and pans from Pro cook. Supposed 25 year guarantee, non-stick, dishwasher safe. What a joke. just as lock down started the coating began coming off but of course shops closed so could not take them back. Just taken them back to be told it is the dishwasher. Their own guarantee clearly states a dishwasher may dull the pans, we accept that. It does not say it will take the coating off around the top edges. Manager and assistant manager who had their story sorted both kept saying we had obviously ground the lids on the pans - no we have not. Used metal utensils - no we have not and they only go in the dishwasher about once a week. They did after much argument replace the three worst pans but would not even consider others doing the same thing. Like others on here will not use Pro-Cook again.

I bought a set of elite forged pans 2 years ago. I called ProCook as the inside coating was coming off and was concerned it could be a health hazard. The response I got was the same as the many customers who also complained “you have used metal spoons you should use plastic or wooden”. Some of the saucepans have never had any utensils used, they are used for cooking veg and just drained. I put my complaint on the Trustpilot Site as I could not understand reviews on this site *****! Yes they were all good except mine. I did get a response from ProCook via Trustpilot to contact them, I did and got the same negative response I requested to speak to a manager who was going to call me back still waiting some 9 days later. Dissatisfied customers of ProCook please also put your views on the Trustpilot Site It was strange to see so many good customer reviews today!

Poor quality pan. The base buckled after 3 weeks of use on an induction hob. I’ve had pans for years in the exact same usage that remain completely flat. No refund, very poor service indeed. You get what you pay for I guess.

Review of ProCook Lisa Hardy 1 review 1 star: Bad 4 minutes ago I purchased a set of pro cook knives in… I purchased a set of pro cook knives in nov and they are way below standard, they don't touch my current set of knives ,which were 10 years old,in quality. The order process was long with me having to provide photo graphic evidence before the order was placed. The knivecwere delivered to completely the wrong house on the street and I had to hunt them down from the picture left by the delivery company! I was unimpressed with the quality from day 1 but persevered but after about 6 uses of the carving knife and a dozen if the others I gave in and complained. The 1st response/suggestion was for me to buy a knife sharpener, well based on the usage to date that would equate to the knives needing sharpening every few weeks which isn't correct and doesn't represent quality. The 2nd suggestion was for me to visit a local store,at my own expense to have them sharpened and purchase the correct sharpener for future use. Absoltely below par product and the worst customer service I've know. I won't be purchasing anything from this company in the future. Well, unfortunately I have to join a vast group of unhappy customers. My wife bought a set of that shitty kitchenware, both chopping boards has big cracks, obviously they manufactured them from not properly dried wood, What else I can say, company that can't produce decent chopping board of course not able to make good saucepan.

I spent over £669 on Pro Cook kitchen ware and I’m sorry to say that I have wasted my money for the following reasons A) The Osle stoneware is a lovely design, however they would be pass the grade of seconds with other manufacturers. B) The Elite Ice set of knifes are blunt after using for the second time. C)The Chopping board been thrown out after using it once. D) The Spice Rack lids are going rusty after 2 months E) The Elite saucepan set is very average with marks after hardly being used. Please don’t be tempted by the offers, like I was. The general quality is extremely poor. My order /invoice no: OWW19492341

The ProCook Gourmet Non-Stick Cookware Set is unfit for purpose. This pan set is a set of saucepans, frying pans and casserole/stock pots. These pans are designed for an induction hob, which I have. They do not withstand the heat of cooking without warping, even when I have been really careful with not ever using the maximum heat settings. The non-stick feature is not non-stick. The only way food doesnt stick is if you are simply boiling food in water. Frying, casseroles etc the food just glues to the bottom. A set of pans is not fit for purpose if you cant use them for their intended purpose (cooking food), without failure of the non-stick and the shape of the pan. I first made a complaint just 5 weeks after delivery of the pan set, and 2 items were replaced . I am still having the same issues DO NOT BUY!!!! THESE ARE RUBBISH

Bought a elite 50 ice hardened pairing knife. Whilst levering coconut milk out of a tin with very little force, the blade snapped. I am an engineer by trade and I know that you should not be able to snap a stainless steel blade with so little force. Obviously the blade had a defect in it,absolutely no doubt. Contacted procook and the 25 year guarantee went out of the window because it wasn't being used as it should be. Very disappointed because if I'd said I was cutting a turnip or some other hard vegetable I would probably have got a new knife . The most disappointing thing about it is,I know as an engineer that knife had a defect. My advice if anyone is foolish enough to buy from procook is don't be honest if you have any problems with there products.

Having used Procook stainless pans for several years, I bought a new Non stick saucepan to use on my new induction hob. It does not heat anything past 30C. Have returned after several emails, and received a replacement which does the same. Nothing, not even water hotter than 30C. 4days later still waiting for a reply to email. Trying to get a reply or communicate with Procook is very tedious. Just want to speak to someone instead of them asking question after question by email. Very disappointed in their after sales and their current products. Won’t be buying again.

I sent this email to ProCook and was totally surprised by the response I received. In 2015 I purchased a set of Procook pans for £299 on the basis they would last 25 years. Since then, I have had two replacement non stick frying pans as the coating on both had started to peel. Now, my second replacement is peeling. Both appear to last just two years before they start peeling. Because the design has changed, my pans no longer match. I have done exactly as suggested to look after my pans but this is so disappointing. I've again attached pics of the 9inch frying pan and look forward to your response. They then after me to complete these questions: Photos of the product (base and inside of the pans) How is the item washed and dried? If you have washed your item in the dishwasher which wash cycle and detergent do you use? How do you store your item? What type of kitchen utensils do you use? What type of hob do you have? Which heat setting do you cook on generally? What type of cooking oil do you normally use? This is the reply I received after anwering all their questions. My response: 5. Dishwasher. Ariel sachets. Crockery setting 6. Storage: It is stored on an open wire shelf by itself 7. Utensils: Wooden and plastic it utentsils, spatulars and whisk. 8. Heat setting. Induction heat. Medium heat. High heat to seal meat and brown; mostly medium and simmer heat. 9.Olive oil, extra virgin oil, vegetable oil, unsalted butter What they replied has obvioulsy been copied and pasted as like everyone else who has had issues with the coating, the company has accepted no responsibility. As far as I am concerned, the non stick frying pans are not fit for purpose. I shall take this further. Good Evening, I have reviewed this with the information and photos provided and can confirm this damage has been caused by utensil damage due to movement in the pan. The scratches on the inside of the pans are caused by a vigorous motion chipping at the coating. I can also see the pan has been overheated. When cookware is exposed to a high heat over a period of time it can cause the Steel Base to tarnish turning it a bronze colour and the Non Stick coating to thin which will cause food to stick, which you confirmed you are experiencing in your email. This is not a manufacturing defect. In accordance with our Care Instructions we do advise to use moderate to low heat. Excessive heat will spoil the appearance of the pans by causing discolouration to the surface. Please use the below link to view our care instructions. https://www.procook.co.uk/page/product-care Induction hobs have a much higher heat output than the average electric or gas hob. This combined with the effective heat distributing properties of our cookware, means that the pans only need to be used on a moderate to low heat which is reflected in our care instructions. A high heat setting as you mentioned you have used, would be too high and results in discolouration on the base of the pan and also the non stick coating being affected which you have experienced with your frying pan. We advise a moderate to low heat is used to warm your cookware through thoroughly and once at temperature, you can adjust it according to your cooking requirements. This will also ensure the care instructions are followed and validate your guarantee I can confirm we will be unable to replace the frying pan under your Guarantee. This is not a manufacturing defect and will not affect the performance of your Cookware. Kind regards, Lou Customer Service Advisor You can't make it up! I've had cheap frying pans that I use on my charcoal bbq, that have lasted better than these. Beware of purchasing any non stick Pro Cook products.
