wouldn’t get me a refund after the event was CANCELED. rude customer service and told me to wait to hear from them. haven’t sent me an email or anything.

I wish I could give negative stars. I caution anyone to ever use this for tickets. I had a horrible experience. When I unfortunately bought the wrong tickets for a game tried to sell again. Not only did I not get my money but I got penalized and had to pay more. I am absolutely gutted with this experience. I tried selling my tickets but their system is simply horrible and so complicated.. I did everything I was supposed but ended up not getting my money and paying extra. Worst experience ever.

Scammers!!! The worst experience selling tickets. It’s been over 2 weeks and they keep going back and forth with me on the phone every other day putting me on hold “escalating” my issue with my payout method. It’s PayPal. There is no issue. Now they are saying it’s my banks fault..I use Wells Fargo. Don’t ever ever sell tickets through them you’ll never see money. I am not the only person who has had this issue, after I started realizing I was getting the run around I googled reviews and so many people are having or have had the same problem with them. They claim it’s a glitch in their website? Interesting. I don’t buy it.

$98 fees on $263 tickets, didn't see the fees until after the order was placed. Tickets not released until day of event which is an 8 hour drive from Denver. BS about not being released from event which isn't true. Will never use these clowns again.

I am dissatisfied with the "help" I received online recently and felt as though the representative was rude, unprofessional and not at all understanding. I am incredibly busy, working 85 hours a week so it has been a burden for me to have to report the dissatisfaction of my order. The terms stated that I would receive premium parking and a meal and I did not receive either. I bought this specific ticket at this price because of the meal and parking but I got nothing. The representative told me I was supposed to call from the event. I never would have thought to do that because I was out, at a concert on my one night off in a long time. I spoke to some LiveNation reps about my parking and meal at the event and they told me to contact StubHub at some point. I wish I did it the day after, but again, my schedule is insane and if things were done properly the first time, I would not have to go chasing people down for incorrect and misleading orders. Customer service really is rude and a total joke. The one star rating here is no lie or mistake.

Absolutely horrible experience. My tickets were stolen and the scammer tried to buy other tickets. The company guarantees your support with their fan protect but it’s false advertising. I am still waiting for my refund as I write this

The post to to 3 tickets for sell. Before the event begin I had not sold one. While at the concert enjoying the show after it begin a seller was interested. I did not see the email until after the concert. These people debit $600.00 from my account. Charging me $200 per ticket with no transaction taken place and no ticket sold. I can see a fee for using their service but I am a college student and I do not have $600 to donate to Stubhub. Overall, this was 1200.00. The ticket that I never sold and a $600 charge. It unethical and not logical. I tried to make a complaint the representative even told me she could not assist me with a complaint. I really needed that money for my books and Stubhub took it without a ticket sold. The entire debit really affect my account, in a negative manner. This company has no empathy. I would never recommend Stubhub and never ever use them again. They did not try to resolve the issue. Very cold and disheartening.

I purchased tickets to an NFL game back in May 2024 for a game in October 2024 to find out after my purchase that I will not receive my ticket until the day of the game. Which is stupid. They did not day these during to the check out and purchase process, I can't get a refund nor put insurance on the ticket.. Never Again Do NOT Purchase any Tickets thru this website... Warning Do Not

I bought 2 tickets last Sunday for a football game and still have not received them. Customer service tucked all I got was just wait really it been a week. I asked for.a refund and got no you still might get them. Urgh frustrating and stressful

We bought two tickets for a Euro 2024 game two weeks ago at a cost of $900. The tickets were never sent to our account. We contacted Stubhub and they said it would be transferred. We never got the tickets. We have been emailing everyday to get this rectified and get a refund back and they have not responded to us once. I will never use this company ever again. Modern day scam artists!!

I bought tickets for the Missy Elliott show and they told me that my tickets were not available.They tried to give me cheaper tickets for the same price.This was my husband's birthday celebration and they ruined it.I will never use stubhub again

I will never buy from StubHub again. StubHub ruined my wedding anniversary. I bought tickets to an event my spouse and I had looked forward to for months. Minutes before the event, my tickets still had not been delivered to me. A call to customer service confirmed that they did not have my tickets. Since it was a sold out event, StubHub was unable to provide replacement tickets. Imagine how bad I felt when I drove my spouse to the event and then had to tell him we couldn't go.

Bought tickets in December for a show tonight, 7/13/24 . Never got the tickets. In the meantime I list the tickets for sale on Stub Hub because I could not go. The day before the concert I got a notification that my tickets sold and I need to transfer the tickets now . I go to the app and no tickets are there.... I call customer service and after a hour , she tells me that they don't have my tickets.... Ticketmaster has my tickets and she can't help me . She tells me to call Ticketmaster. I call Ticketmaster and explain that my tickets sold on Stub Hub and I need to transfer the tickets. They look it up and tell me that my tickets are still for sale and there is no pending sale, they tell me that someone through Stub Hub was trying to steal my tickets. Then the day of the concert, Stub Hub charges me 200.00 for not transferring the tickets to a fraud account. So I paid 194.40 for the tickets and they charged me another 200.00 , 394.00 and I didn't get to see the concert. When you call , they just hang up on you .

Where are the Chainsmokers? Daughter bought tickets off Stubhub in April 2024 for the Wynn event in Las Vegas on July 13th and the event suddenly changed just prior to event to Diplo with no refund available through Stubhub (with numerous conversations with polite, “sorry for this”, “understanding” Stubhub agents). I presented the following scenario: “If I purchased Taylor Swift tickets from Stubhub for 6000, each and the event organizer changed the recording artist to George Strait or Cyndi Lauper I would have no recourse”? She said yes you would have no recourse. So much for Stubhub’s motto “we will have your back all the way to your seats”. (BTW I do like George and Cyndi). Buyer beware.

Do not support these companies and buy through Ticketmaster, the original event or friends if at all possible!!!! I bought presale tickets from them. They are not guaranteed (only my money back if they aren't delivered to me THE DAY OF THE CONCERT). So now I'm stuck, with tickets I do not have in hand, tickets that I can not "sell" as I do not have them in hand (unless I go through their site exclusively and they make more $$$ off of them) and no guarantee I'm going to this concert with my family and the possibility of no notice we're not going until the day of the concert (so no time to possibly scout out new tickets). I already paid double what they would have originally cost. The purpose of buying tickets at more than they would have cost is because someone REALLY wants to go to that concert! To make it right Stub hub could 1: make sellers deliver tickets to their buyers 4 weeks prior to the concert (this would seem fair so they buyer knows they're definitely going or can make other arrangements) OR Stub Hub could guarantee THEY will insure/pay for like or better tickets the day of the concert if the seller can not perform their duties to procure the tickets to give to the buyer. Doing this, Stub Hub might actually LOSE a LITTLE profit but do WHAT'S RIGHT for their paying patrons and while still keeping their business flourishing. Such a shame....lesson learned...I will never use them ever again!

We bought tickets for Taylor Swift's Eras Tour in Milan. We flew from NY to Italy, to find an email from them the morning of the concert stating the seller couldn't deliver the tickets. Very disappointed with their service. It was the first and will be the last time we use StubHub.

Never use Stubhub!!! The last month has been a nightmare! I am so upset with Stubhub. I bought Taylor Swift Tickets in March for the 27 Jul Munich concert. It was mobile transfer on 11 Jul. Due to a change of plans we listed the tickets for sale on Stubhub in June, a month ago. The tickets were deactivated after a week due to the venue needing personal transfer. I told them under that logic I can't use the tickets either so want a refund. I called 4 other times and never got a resolution. I finally was able to CNX the listing and rebook and it allowed me to. A week later I went to lower the price and it deactivated my listing saying I needed to provide proof of Purchase. I spent 3 more days, and 3 more representatives trying to upload the data while asking all why do I need to provide proof of purchase from tickets I bought from them!!! I finally was able to get them relisted. We are up to 10+ calls to Stubhub over a 2 week period. Finally I found a buyer for my tickets. The buyer I bought it from moved the transfer release date for the mobile tickets from 11 Jul to 14 Jul, then just moved it to 27 Jul, the day of the concert! The previous representative said if by 9am Pacific Coast time the tickets have not been released they would refund the money. I called them just now and after 15 minutes on hold got disconnected. I have put in another phone call. Bottom line, reading these reviews below is exactly what I have been going through at Stubhub!!! I will never use them again. Please tell everyone don't use Stubhub. I even called AMEX to dispute the charge as a last resort. When you buy tickets at Stubhub the fine print says all sales final, no refunds, even if you end up not getting the product you bought!
