Terrible customer service. They charged me twice for tickets and told me there is nothing they can do to help. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Can I put no stars? My tickets were "available" to pick up. Nope. Error message. Asked for a refund. Submit tickets to get a refund. I HAVE NO TICKETS. What a scam.

TERRIBLE, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! My boyfriend and I just wanted to have a good night and see Jason Aldean, but we were sent a URL that was invalid. Just ridiculous, customer service was no help at all!

Don’t ask their “virtual assistant” anything because it will provide you with the false information and then the company takes your money anyways and doesn’t make it right. They’re response “nothing we can do the charge is valid” Won’t be using them again. 0/10 stars

I think this is the first review I've ever made of anything. Purchased three mobile tickets to a concert but was not able to accept/download them. I eventually called customer support so I could get a refund. Two different representatives told me I'd receive an email and would be able to claim a refund. Finally got an email but there was no option to request a refund. When I called back (for the third time) the representative told me I could not get a refund. I'll never be using stubhub again.

Bought a ticket for a baseball game. As I was in line to have my ticket scanned, the ticket was returned leaving me with no way into the event. Spent an hour trying to contact customer support only to get no response besides an AI assistant telling me they couldn't refund. Finally got support two days later and the refused a refund because I hadn't contacted support in the moment despite my attempts to do so. Never again.

Ticket link doesn't work and live chat on the website is impossible to find. If you navigate away from it it closes and customer service hangs up after 3 minutes. Scammy company.

I purchased tickets for the dodger game accidentally for the night before when it was in the six inning of the game. I called StubHub to try to get credit for the following day. There was absolutely nothing they can do. They gave no information of who to contact said I couldn’t get any credit no matter what you said or what shape or form you asked. They had no customer service at all, no sympathy for anything that had happened all they can say is they have policies

I bought VIP tickets for my friend and I from StubHub 5 months before the concert. A month later I got an email from Stubhub stating the buyer violated the Terms and Conditions. We would either be able to get comparable tickets, GA tickets or a refund. I had called about it and they said once it gets closer to the concert, I would get an email giving us further information. About 2 months before the concert I still had not heard anything. I saw cheaper VIP tickets on Ticketmaster. With the ok from a manager from Stubhub who guaranteed we can choose refund once we get the email I bought the tickets. The day of the concert I got an email from Stubhub that they have tickets for us, but no ability to choose refund. I called Stubhub on the way to the venue and fought with them for 1.5 hrs to give us a refund. They kept saying that since the buyer came through we have to take the tickets. After a long while I was able to talk with a manager who finally told me I will receive an email the next day providing me the option for a refund. 2 wks later I still have not received that email. What a nightmare!!!

Bought overpaid tickets for a concert. Unfortunately was unable to attend. Stubhub made me jump through multiple hoops such as creating multiple website account's to sell tickets, not giving me tickets until right before the event, not letting the ticket names be changed to the buyers information. Absolutely disgrace of a company.

Purchased a parking permit, fees and the permit was $40. Arrived and the hotel provided parking so I was closer with the hotel parking to the venue than the parking permit lot. Asked ParkWhiz for a refund before the event time as per the instructions and they agreed and said call stubhub the seller because that is who the refund would go through. After talking to two levels of stubhub customer support I was denied the refund because their refund policey is absolutely no refunds, even though the vendor ParkWhiz agreed to return my money. WILL NEVER EVER UNDER ANY CERCUMSTANCES BUY ANYTHING THROUGH STUBHUB AGAIN!! Didn't know they were a third party vendor either, totally decietful!

I am searching for tickets for cold play, they are just resellers, the price is 200 eur more than the face price for the standing and if you want a seat the price is 1000+ for a ticket that costed 200. What a scam👎 do not buy from resellers that is what keeps the price up.

Stubhub provides the mailing label for sending to the purchaser of the tix, and the purchaser isn't available when deluvery attempts are made, becuase the mailing required a signature. After 2 attempts, the putchaser doesn't follow up and the seller gets blamed & charged a penalty fee. Because it is the sellers responsibility to be sure the tix get delivered. Stubhub doesn't provide contact information for the purchaser so the seller can call & tell them to get your tix that are trying to be delivered. Then stubhub lies & states the called me & no call received-i can see who calls, I have all the proof of attempts to deliver & door tags left, but it is my fault the purchaser didn't get. Don't use them or you can be charged a fee, which is 100% of the sell if the tix.

If I could give them a zero I would. I bought a ticket along with a parking pass to a recent MLB game. I'm in line for the parking garage but having received multiple messages from StubHub with an option to "View/Open Tickets", I could not get any of them to open. I tried downloading their app with hopes of opening, but no luck. I tried their app's Virtual Asst, again no luck. I searched the app, no Customer or Support Phone# to be found. By then, I'm at the garage attendant. As I was in a entry-only restricted lane to the garage, I was forced to pay by credit card to park...but I was lucky they weren't sold out. Even more infuriating was that it was only $30 onsite for the parking...the website had claimed parking was sold out, charged something like $118 for the spot and StubHub added a $49 fee. So the fee was alone was almost 1.5 times the actual cost. I contacted StubHub about a refund. Claimed they can't do so as they have no record of me calling for assistance. Sure...no problem...I'd be happy to while operating a vehicle (thankfully in slowly moving garage queue), clicking around for the messages, waiting on downloads that never happened, pulling up & waiting on install of app, dealing with finding username & password for acct, unsuccessful ticket search, waiting on useless Virtual Asst, etc, and no visible listing of support contact phone number. After parking, it then took me almost 45 mins to manage pulling up the game ticket...I missed the first few innings of the game. Posting negative reviews everywhere I can find, and filing complaint with the BBB.

I purchased two tickets for myself and my daughter for a Lainey Wilson concert. The tickets were originally 75 each. I paid StubHub over $725.00 for two tickets. This is completely unacceptable. This is price gouging and disgusting.

This is the response we got after them stealing our money. After blossom wouldn't allow us to use the parking pass they are selling. Dear Megg, We are contacting you regarding your order for PARKING PASSES ONLY Red Hot Chili Peppers on 22 July 2024. I’m sorry to hear you are wanting to cancel as you were told by the venue that the parking pass would not be valid. Since the tickets have been made available to you by the seller, at this time we are not able to cancel the order. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to issue a refund. In this case, we were not contacted within a time frame that would allow us to investigate what happened and try to fix it. I’m sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Scammers! Sold us two tickets for Formula 1 race in Budapest. After spending all This money to get there and stay there we were denied entrance because the tickets were junior (for children) and we were not admitted. Sorry people shame on you!!!
