“This is a company that has horrible business practices. I ordered a couple tickets to a concert, come to find out we couldn't go. So I was able to resell, the issue is the original tickets wouldn't be transferred to me until day of concert... Mind you I ordered these about 5 months before concert. This was going to be an issue for me to transfer to the next buyer as I was not going to be in cell phone service (I was camping). So I reached out to customer service and they said not to worry and they would take over from there. Well... they never transferred the tickets to the new buyer and they are refusing to refund me the money from purchase. I will not be doing business with this company again! Spread the work..”
“Recently bought tickets to an event in Tampa for July 2024 that were supposed to be first row, ringside, on the floor, according to the Stubhub map.
However, the tickets turned out to be too good to be true for the price and were in the upper level instead. When I spoke to Stubhub, representatives and supervisors, especially Joe G, who is an aggressive supervisor, they told me that their policy is to either give a refund, or give me comparable tickets, which were now four and five times as much inside since they waited too long to give me an answer. Will never ever use Stubhub again, buyer beware.”

ordered tickets for the dead at the Sphere. They never came. We were outside in vegas in 117 degree heat, and waiting for over 30 minutes in the heat. The person on the support line would not authorize a refund even though we never got the ticekts for over half an hour even after I told her my 79 mother was waiting in the heat. In the end we never got tickets. They said they would refund, but we drove 800 miles for the concert.”
“I usually don't write reviews but I wanted to write this one so other people don't go through what I did.
I will NEVER buy through stub hub again. I was browsing LA Dodger game tickets and comparing prices. I clicked on 3 seats to see what the total was. I clicked "next" and the system took me straight to automatically purchasing my tickets without me even clicking a button!
Stub hub has purchased $613 worth of tickets without me even clicking anything.
I immediately called stub hub and spoke with Juan and Randy who were so UNHELPFUL!!!!. I was on hold for over 50 min to even speak with a supervisor who was so rude. told me basically it's not their problem and that on their end I did in fact authorize this purchase. They didn't seem to care about even trying to make the problem right. The supervisor himself was rude and just an a$$. No sympathy for what was happening to me that and over $600 had been taken out of my account. He told me to "relist" them for sale. I explained to him I could try but that is no guarantee that they would seel and I am still out over $600 then if they didn't sell. Informed them I could not afford this amount and needed a refund. Again, they didn't seem to care nor attempt to do ANYTHING for me. this was totally not my fault. I have bought tickets before from stub hub and normally there is about 5 other pages to click through before you "finalize" a purchase. There is an area to add insurance to your tickets, add parking, etc. I didn't click through ANY of that. The only reason it was able to purchase was because i had my card saved from previous purchases. I explained to stub hub that I didn't get the option to add any insurance to my tickets or even change the card to use. I explained to him that I didn't buy these months ago and not trying to cancel. I explained to him this literally just happened within the last hour and wanted to correct the issue. The supervisor didn't once apologize. He didn't once say he was going to look into their system. Didn't once offer to solve the situation even a little bit. I would of been okay to allow me buy cheaper tickets I could afford and refund me the rest, but no. They didn't care about anything I had to say. He kept giving me conflicting information and told me he couldn't disclose their policy on where times they are allowed to refund. What kind of nonsense is that??? never again will I ever buy tickets from stub hub. There is other sites that are way better and cheaper!!!!! Even if it was more expensive to go outside of Stub Hub I would just because of the way i was treated with this company.”
“Ordered five tickets, but had to do them separately to get them in the same row of seats received two tickets that were incorrect called and had to show proof of what I ordered and what I received. Said someone would call but never got a call. Tickets said Ticketmaster on them so I tried to call them, and received email that I would have to go thru Stubhub. Poor customer service and I will never order from them again and I hope I can order thru a box office because I think Ticketmaster has a monopoly on all other tickets. Still upset!!!”
“If I could give them a 0 I would. The person on the phone did not speak English and could not explain why we had not received our tickets even after we gave her an order number.
We bought our tickets in April. Our credit card was charged but the tickets are not showing up on the website or app.
The only thing customer service could tell us is they contacted the seller and we would hear back in a few days.
This was after we were put on hold over four times during the call. They did not seem to care or know to how to help.
I will never buy tickets on StubHub again. Worst customer service EVER!!”

“StubHub, is a scam sold me tickets I couldn’t resale. Had a death in the family, to honor my family member decided to sale the tickets concert. When the time came to transfer the tickets to the buyer, I could not transfer. The ticket was a fake. I spent countless hours on the phone to solve this issue. Not knowing that is not real. I am appealing to be reimbursed for the amount of money loss for the sale didn’t get through. Even their agents when you call StubHub they changed their name, I had an agent by the name of Bosco. Then, he called back he forgot his fake name and gave another name Jason. These agents are not legitimate either. What a scam with this company.”

We bought tickets to the Yard Goats for the July 5th, 2024 game. It was to be our first time at the stadium and our first time seeing the Yard Goats. On the day of the game we could not access our tickets. We tried countless times, did everything they asked, jumped through every hoop, over and over and over again...No luck.
We called Stubhub- the customer service rep. could not access our tickets, nor could she create an account for us. We tried to access the tickets through the Stubhub app. over and over and over again...No luck.
The game was starting, so, we asked for a refund. I sent screenshots of all our unsuccessful attempts to access the tickets to the customer service rep at Stubhub and she put in a request for a refund...IT WAS DENIED.
Stubhub claims that I was using a site that was "not protected by them" Yet, we were trying to create an account on their site (as was their CSR) and then was linked (by their site) to MiLB, and then denied access, over and over and over again!
The best part - LOL, was when I received a request for a review from Stubhub. And wouldn't you know, one of the options given for me to select to explain my disappointing experience was...wait for it..."WAS NOT ABLE TO ACCESS MY TICKETS".
I have sent emails, left messages with managers, called directly - Everyone at Stubhub is hiding in their hole of deceit and refusing to do what is right.
Stubhub is UNETHICAL in its business transactions, and the company is CORUPT!
I have alerted my credit card company. And, I have alerted the Yard Goats via a customer complaint email address, to warn them that Stubhub is fraudulent, and I will be filing a claim.
SHAME ON STUBHUB! I am a teacher - I work hard for my money. I purchased these tickets as a treat for my family...guess the joke is on us.
I will never use this site again, and I will be writing this review on as many sites as I can find. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau.”
“Horrible experience, they were supposed to deliver my tickets the day of the concert by 2 pm , never happened, called as I am on my way to the event, they said the seller didn’t respond to the status request, they offed me alternative tickets as I accepted they cancelled my tickets all together and said the seats were sold and no longer available. The issued a refund and I told them I was on the way to the concert 2 hours away and I just needed tickets . They said that because it was (at that point) less than 2 hours for the event they could issue me new tickets!!!! I ended up getting the tickets on Ticketmaster and got the tickets just right before the event ! Never again!”
“Bought tix in April for a July concert. 10 days before the show, received an email saying the seller wanted to move my seats. I OK'd. However, since these were paper tix, I asked to get them immediately. Two days before the concert, I called StubHub to ask where my tix were. First three people were less than useless. "We understand your concern." Fourth person ultimately purchased tickets for me from Ticketmaster. (You read that correctly.) Turns out the so-called Stubhub seller had disappeared. Stubhub marked up my overall cost by approx. $200 to provide horrendous service.”
“I purchased two tickets to the MLB All-Star game to be played in Arlington, Texas on July 16, 2024. After spending over $800.00 per ticket AND paying StubHub $585.92 in fees, StubHub could NOT even get the ticket order right. The ticket order states that I have seats in section 318, row 12, seats 12 and 13. The tickets say that I have seats in section 318, row 11, seats 12 and 13. I have looked for ways to contact StubHub to resolve the discrepancy. I have not found a way to contact StubHub customer service . The customer service is absolutely and completely unavailable. “Stub hub sucks. I will NEVER use them again. I didn't get my bar code for my tickets to a show until after it had started. I wasn't able to get in with them since we had left because I couldn't get in the concert. Now I got another tickets with them for another show and I have the receipt but nothing shows in my stub hub account. MAKE sure you get your bar codes before the day of the show. Then they send you like 10 review emails if you call them to complain.”
“Terrible experience! I purchased tickets for the Jodeci concert in Vegas July 6th, 2024 at House of Blues. I selected Balcony level seats and went through all the steps online. Once I received the confirmation I noticed different tickets were sent for General Admission standing room only. I contacted customer service and was given a bunch of excuses like the venue may have changed the tickets or the seller could've changed them at the last minute. I was told to send verification of my purchase and I would receive comparable tickets in the same section or at least Seated tickets. Over the course of 5 days I spoke to customer service to see the status of the request and they kept giving me the runaround. Finally today, the morning of the show they messaged me and provided the link to choose alternative tickets that are the same exact ones that were wrong in the first place! I again explained I am unable to stand due to medical reasons and they offered no solution.”

Never let me know if it was getting viewed to adjust ... Didn't tell me a single thing ... Took my 240$ gladly and left me in the dust ...
