“I had the absolute worst experience with this ticket seller. They completely scammed me by not delivering my general admission tickets for the John Summit concert an hour before it started. I was left stranded and incredibly disappointed. This seller is completely unreliable and untrustworthy. Avoid at all costs if you don't want your plans ruined!”
“They sold me a ticket, did not allow me to enlist for 4 days asked me not to down load the ticket , 2 days before the match in Barbados asked to down load . Then suddenly my tickets went inactivated . The site showed no tickets available in our area. Their customer service is the worst. Don’t believe them if they say your ticket is guaranteed. I’ve been dealing with these tickets for 3 weeks and have been told the tickets with transfer within days. I have not received them. Upon calling back to get them again they tell me same thing . I asked to speak to supervisor and Edwin refused to transfer me and then hung up on me. I asked because I could not understand what he was saying due to his accent”

“I had such a bad experience last night with ticket purchased through Stubhub for Lady Gaga Jazz & Piano show at Park MGM in Las Vegas. Multiple calls on day of show when ticket was still not released. When ticket was finally received went to show and it couldn’t be scanned. The ticket wasn’t valid and I had such a nasty customer service experience. I was on the phone for over one hour before they sent me alternative ticket. They made me put box office staff on the phone and wanted proof that ticket wasn’t valid. Never Again will I use Stubhub totally unreliable.”

“My wife and I planned a trip from Seattle to Spain primarily to go to the Formula One Spanish Grandprix in Barcelona. We decided to travel to Madrid, Segovia and end our vacation in Barcelona. We arrived in Spain on 5th June 2024 then out of the blue received an email from StubHub on June 13th 2024 saying our tickets had been successfully transferred to someone else. We purchased our tickets for F1 in October of 2023, printed them out to take with us. So here we were trying to sort out this mess seven days before the event, thousands of dollars spent to get to Spain and no tickets. Customer service was useless, after escalating the issue to their resolution department, no one got back to us. Numerous calls to customer service and got advised to cancel our transaction for the original purchase with our bank. We paid Stubhub $2,000. They wouldn't reverse the transfer of our tickets. We ended up having to purchase the only ticket left for one day $3000. I have a feeling that stubhub sold our original tickets to someone else at a higher price and suggested that our stubhub account had been hacked. We have started legal proceedings after notifying the Attorney General of questionable business practices by Stubhub. It's not just the money, it's also the emotional distress that caused us while in a foreign country.”
“I purchased a parking lot ticket through Stub Hub for a San Diego Padres Game, however the parking lot was unavailable on game day due to construction and I had to park in another parking lot for additional money. After 5 phone calls to StubHub and transferring the tickets back to them, it is 2:00 in the afternoon and I am still waiting for the correct tickets or a refund !

“I bought my concert tickets in April, 2024, just for them to never arrive for an event on 6/25/2024. On 6/25/2024, early in the morning, I contacted the Hub Stub customer service they told me to be patient and wait until til 4 PM on 6/25/204 and that tickets will arrive.
At 4 PM, I called again and they told me that the seller was unable to fulfill my order and deliver tickets and they stated they could only offer me a refund and a voucher for $81. It appears that they sold my tickets for higher price. I am beyond upset and disappointed at Stub Hub. They play dirty games with people’s money and feelings. And, I give them no stars!”
“StubHub is a scam. To be more precise, the platform enables scammers to use it to take advantage of buyers without any fear of consequences. On June 18, 2024, I bought two tickets to the Portugal-Turkey Euro 2024 match in Dortmund, Germany, scheduled for June 22, 2024. On the day of the game, the seller still had not transferred the tickets to me. When I called StubHub to complain, the company contacted the seller, who said he/she was no longer able to send me the tickets. Under these circumstances, StubHub says it will find alternative tickets for the buyer, but the event was totally sold out, of course, even on the secondary market. So we had to watch the game from the FanZone outside, in a large field with 30,000 other fans. My son was crushed.
I used a European ticket resale site for another game and had no problems. StubHub refunded my money for the tickets, but no one can re-create the experience my son and I did not have, nor will StubHub compensate me for the money and time we spent to travel to Dortmund.”

“Do not use Stib Hub. The tickets are pretty much non transferable. If you send the tickets to your Apple wallet app, these cannot be transferred to a friend. It is very frustrating. Your best bet is to use another ticket agency. Also, their help line is useless. Please beware of Stubhub.”
