“I shipped my tickets with the shipping label provided by StubHub. 3 attempts were made to the seller, who never picked up or made arrangements to get the tickets. The sellers complained they never received the tickets. I had proof of attempted deluveries, and StubHub attempted to fine me 100% of the costs of the tickets, because "it was my responsibility to insure the tickets gof delivered". StubHub provided the shipping label, proof of 3 attempted deliveries, but I was at fault.”
“Didn't get tickets until 2 hours before the start of the show. Once I received them I went to go into the venue, but they wouldn't scan. I was directed to the venues box office where I was told the ticket weren't legitimate. In order to see the show I had to buy a second set of tickets. I contacted stub hub the next day, but they said unless I had proof I didn't get to attend the show, I would not get a refund. They said I need a video or pic of the scanner not being able to scan the barcode on the ticket. This was the next day and I was already headed home (out of state).”
“There are know words to describe the experience with Stub Hub. The only way I can think to describe the experience is a scam. They get your order at full price and when they unable the deliver your tickets they start a negotiation to keep you hooked until the event has started to avoid giving you a 100% refund. By doing this they end up making 20% to 30% without providing any service.. What a racket. I’m going to turn them into Attorney General of the state of Missouri..”
“The saddest day for my daughter who was so excited to see Sabrina carpenter in Chicago. Bought tickets through stub hub. Was at the venue and the link didn’t work. Stub hub told them sorry They don’t care about the people. Sabrina your fans should not use stub hub. You may just lose them”
“This was a very disappointing experience. We purchase Sabrina tickets back in July and received a notification from Ticketmaster that the seller violated their code. After calling over 6 times we were assured that we will get the same or better tickets. Every time we called they kept saying another day, another hour etc they will come through. Here we are on the afternoon of the concert and then they finally deliver some stand up at the very back of the stadium which is not the same as the tickets we purchased. I kept asking why we are paying the price and inconvenience for someone that was in violation. They should have issued us replacement tickets there and then not put us through this for the last few months. This became our problem not theirs. Very disappointing do not use them!”

I bought tickets 3 months in advance for two nights for a concert in another country… sellers canceled for both nights and we were left scrambling and spent more time on the phone than we did at the concerts. “They make their app not show the fees until the end and even then the last page is automatically scrolled up so you dont see the total costs. You click next waiting for that final price and you end up confirming. The charged $99 in fees for $200 in tickets. Its very shady, you feel scammed and Ill most definitely not use them again. This is the second time I have issues with them. My order is 546204360 for the sake of legitimacy but man Im using every other platform except stubhub even after their customer support gave me that condescending attitude about why they charge fees. Everyone knows, no one expects $99 and even less expects your app to hide them!”
“I had a terrible experience with StubHub. I purchased tickets for an event, but the seller canceled them last minute. I had to contact StubHub multiple times just to get the issue resolved. By the time they finally sent us replacement tickets, the show was already halfway over! Despite this clear inconvenience, they are now refusing to grant us a refund. “Stubhub has different rules for reselling tickets for the general public and professional scalpers. Do not buy from this company. They allow scalpers to sell tickets without row snd seat numbers. They insisted that I have an extra ticket that I couldn't sell because I had to walk in the new buyers yet the ticket I bought from a seller was transferred electronically the day before the concert. Even though I proved to them I had another set of tickets I bought from ticketmaster They would not allow me to sell all my tickets. WhT a scam.”
“Purchased 3 tickets, never received email week of or day of to accept tickets. I had to locate tickets from confirmed purchased email. Went to venue and was told tickets can’t be scanned and there’s issues with Stubhub tickets on a regular basis. Went to venue customer service desk and was told my 3 tickets were already accepted / confirmed by another person. Which tells me I was SCAMMED and my tickets were sold to a higher bidder. I was livid that I effin drove 3 hours to see Maxwell and you cheated me and my friends out of a fun time experience. There were lots of people having the same experience with your company. I hope you do a better job with your promoting team to by providing and confirming that consumers will receive tickets, which means you need a better quality assurance department to prevent SCAMMING. Moving forward i will only be purchase my tickets at Venues. However, i must say your customer service rep that was working with me knew my frustration as I gave her a heads up I was extremely angry and she remained calm the entire time.”
“Charged me $98 for parking which the parking rally said wasn't valid, the actual code didn't chime in until 1 hour prior to the performance so I paid an additional $43 at the gate because that's all it is, the parking garage looked at me like I was crazy for paying so much to have an invalid parking ticket. Concert tickets were sent from ticket master the day of and they weren't even valid, more expensive to use them. I will buy from ticket master only from now on. Not worth the over priced mark up”

I have raised a complaint which has been ignored, I have contacted them again regarding this and have been ignored. I have asked that this be escalated further and requested information regarding their complaints process..ignored. “Would not refund me for a ticket that I had to repurchase at the box office. FedEx never delivered the ticket so tye venue told me as long as I had the order number and ID I could still get im. Turns out stub hub doesn't give you the actual order number as I found out at the box office and they point blank refused to give me the order number over the phone when I called them from the box office. I purchased a new ticket so the 300 mile drive wasn't wasted and submitted a refund which stubhub denied saying I didn't give them adequate time to investigate before the event as I should have known they had given me the wrong order number.”

I bought 3 tickets that I thought were for the game I wanted they were for another game. Their site is very difficult to mange and they refuse to let me cancel. Now I have gone to the asshole site and tried to sell . Got a buyer except it is impossible to mange even thoh I have a buyer. “Don´t ever buy from stubhub. I purchased Taylor Swift Vienna concert tickets but the concert was canceled and I should have received 100% refund, but it never happened. Their customer service is really terrible and they will not help you. Everytime when I spoke with someone, I was told something completely different. and I heard so many times this "Your issue has been escalated, please wait couple of days", but they never wrote me any update until I contacted them again. It is still the same over and over, they don´t even try to solve my issue. And there are more people for the same concert but never get their money back. Really, just don´t trust stubhub. Just recently one of their agent even wanted for me to provide them my whole bank history of my payments since August, so I could prove that I didn´t receive the refund, I was really shocked by this but when I´m asking them if they can send some confirmation that they sent the money, they are not able to provide it.”
