Charged for tickets I didn’t receive and were never in my account. I received notification the day of the event which was out of state, so it was impossible for me to attend. The support team was useless. I will no longer be buying from this company as there are better and more secure options. The support team claims all sales are final which is a normal policy, but it’s a little difficult to attend an event when you never received tickets. I will continue to support other ticketing companies where this has never been an issue.

Horrible. Purchased premium parking pass and was given general. They would not give a refund and hung up the phone. Wish there was an option to give a zero.

Bought orchestra section tickets. Then got an email saying the tickets were not not available but they were giving me an upgrade. The upgrade was tickets in the back mezzanine! What a joke and a bait and switch. Called and they said prove we gave you worse tickets. Asked for a refund and they said no, you are going to get tickets. Last time, they gave me the wrong day for the show.

I bought tickets online for a baseball game and then immediately after they cancelled the tickets. I had to repurchase them and the. it prompted me to buy a parking pass and the system glitched and said I bought a parking pass right after. I called immediately for assistance and the customer service was terrible. I’m not buying anymore tickets from this company.

Disappointing Experience with Misleading Parking Pass I recently used StubHub to purchase tickets for a Jeff Dunham show. After buying the tickets, I was prompted to purchase a parking pass. Since I wasn’t familiar with the area around the arena, I bought the pass for $56 (including fees), thinking it would make our experience smoother. However, when we arrived, we discovered that the parking lot was 3 MILES away from the venue—a ridiculous distance with no shuttle, bus, or trolley service. This forced us to find another parking option closer to the event so we could actually attend. I immediately contacted StubHub for a refund, explaining that the parking location was completely impractical for attending the show. Unfortunately, since I called after the event, StubHub refused to issue a refund, stating they are just a third-party service. I feel completely misled by their platform. There was no clear warning that the parking was miles away, and without knowing the area, I trusted StubHub’s recommendation. A $56 parking pass that is miles away from the venue is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others against purchasing parking through StubHub without first confirming the actual location. This experience left me frustrated and disappointed.

Of course there were the hidden fees, but the shocker was the parking pass they sold us was for a lot SEVEN miles away AND you had to cross interstates with construction to walk to the venue. Stubhub said we should have checked where the parking lot was when purchasing from them. We are from out of state and haven't ever had to check if the parking lot is SEVEN miles away before. Do NOT use Stubhub!

Stubhub listed a ticket as 'best' buy, provided a misleading and grossly inaccurate picture and didn't reveal the seat numbers. After purchasing the ticket, I discovered that the view was obstructed and limited. I called customer support and filed a complaint, they did not get back to me so I called again, and disappointedly indicated that there was nothing they can do. The pair of tickets cost me north of $1000 for a playoff Leafs vs Panthers game for my daughter's birthday. Stubhub had no sympathy for this situation. I will never use stubhub again.

Purchased 3rd row tickets @ half court. Couldn’t get tickets from sellers. Stub hub replaced the ticket 45 min before game started and ended up 20 rows back. They are a joke I would strongly recommend seat geek or anyone else.

Delivery was supposed to be May 15, so I posted the VRBO I was going to be at that day. They delivered the tickets, one week earlier to the VRBO anyway. A signature was required, but the driver of FedEx left them and signed for them himself. (All on Camera) Both StubHub and Fed Ex are morons that keep blaming each other.

I purchased a parking pass advertised for the venue I was attending. The lot was 4 walking hours away from the venue despite being labeled as being at the location. SH wouldn't refund my money but will continue to allow the seller to scam people by advertising the lot as an option when the venue is nowhere near within walking distance. Definitely a lesson learned. I won't ever use StubHub again.

My parking pass was really hard to find and open due to it being a guest purchase I suppose. After finally getting it to open it was invalid and at a garage 10 blocks from the venue. There was parking directly at the venue.

Awful site. Bought tickets to NBA playoff game while it was in progress. The sale went through but apparently the seller didn’t approve the tickets (or Ticketmaster didn’t as the approved vendor of the event) we were charged the price of tickets and never received them/never were able to go. We chatted which I can only assume was an AI bot to dispute but that went no where. Make sure you DO NOT try to buy tickets anytime close to event time as it may not go through. Instead go through better websites like Ticketmaster or such that actually close off purchasing after it will actually be impossible for you to get on.

Both days the parking bar code did not work the game tickets worked but not the parking I had to pay $20 to park Both days I need a refund of $40 Please let me know

I bought four tickets to a baseball game and was charged 50% processing fee when I called and asked them about it they said their system is computerized and it charges whatever it wants that's pretty ridiculous

Toronto to Florida and they failed to provide "guaranteed" tickets My wife and son are standing in Florida from Toronto Canada with no tickets on Mothers Day. Stubhub "guaranteed" they would be digitally delivered on the day of the game and then failed to do so. Not only was the guarantee meaningless, they could not provide replacements. The cherry on top is that they will hold our money ($1000.00) for a week before refunding it. My wife saved for a long time to be able to afford this with flight and hotel and she has been reduced to tears on Mothers Day thanks to this more than shady company and their worthless "guarantees". We strongly advise avoiding this place in favour of a company that provides a ticket in hand when u make the purchase. We will be taking legal action but regardless, it doesn't make up for the tears and disappointment. Can you imagine? Date of experience: May 11, 2025
