“I did not do ample research before caving in and just buying the tickets. I was notified you all done, that I would receive my tickets before the concert in November; it's only May.
When I went somewhere else to shop around, I found the Tickets in the same section for half the price. They issued them immediately with the seat numbers. StubHub does not own the tickets they are selling. They are only selling you a promise.
I contacted them to cancel immediately and they have NO CANCELLATION POLICY. You can only agree to re-sell the tickets on their site again they fleece you.
Horrible, Horrible business model. It's a snare trap for their victims where you pay on the way in and more on the way out.

“If I could leave a “0 rating” I would. We purchased tickets for a soccer game which was going to happened on a Sunday. After our purchase, we immediately book our hotel and flight tickets for that specific day. Hours after of our purchased (since we were super excited) decided to look at our soccer game tickets one more time. This awful company had decided to change our tickets (WITHOUT ANY TYPE OF NOTIFICATION TO COMMUNICATE THIS CHANGE OR ASKING IF WE APPROVE THE CHANGE) to a different day. We immediately call their inefficient costumer service and all they did was leave us on hold until the “assistant” Marlo (Spoke Spanish too) hang up the phone on us. He was a careless, inefficient and disrespectful assistant. The few times we were able to talk to him (he kept interrupting and speaking over us), all he did was repeat the same nonsense excuse.
Trust me and don’t buy from this website. It’s not reliable and they are doing fraud to good people like us.”
“Bought tickets but had to miss event due to family emergency so we sold the tickets for half of what we paid for them. Sold them but for some reason stubhub did not finish the transaction so they turned around and charged us another $200 on top of the $700 we already paid! Tickets were NEVER used and they refuse to give us the $200 back! This place is a rip off! DO NOT use!”
“The seller canceled my ticket (parking pass) right after my purchase - an hour before the show - I had to go to another site to purchase another parking pass and now Stub Hub says I am not entitled to a refund because I didn't call them immediately to let them know. I am out $49.50 because I didn't call them right away to let them know, even though I have email proof that the ticket was canceled and I did not receive it which i sent to them while I was on the phone with them.
It was my 1st time going though Stub Hub and the experience was horrible. I will never again re-live this experience. :(”
“StubHub refuses to provide a refund for a rained-out event when the tickets were voided. Each time you speak to them about the issue you are starting from scratch and end with a resolution and payment in 2-3 days. No payment ever comes and the cycle continues. Horrible!”
“If I could leave a zero rating, I would. I purchased tickets worth $10,000+ and both orders were cancelled. This happened 4 times before finally going through. On the 5th purchase, I had to pay significantly more money for the same seats. This is absolutely unethical and there was no reason for my transactions to be cancelled. If Stubhub thought it was not a legitimate transaction and thought I was using someone elses credit card, then they should not have sent me an email and text that I authorized and still cancelled my transactions . I will not be using their site again as I am truly disappointed in them as well as dodging customer service phone calls. You need to hire more people if you can’t answer your phones. Super disappointing on how you are taking advantage of people and their money. I may not be as upset if I could have talked to someone to hear me, so I came here.”
“My event on Saturday, May 18th was cancelled and rescheduled for Monday, May 20th. I could not make the rescheduled event and Stubhub would not let me relist my tickets for sale. I have over $3,000 in 10 tickets and after talking with 2 representatives and them telling me I can relist them as soon as they escalate my issue, the third representative I spoke with after calling back AGAIN said I couldn’t. They charged me over $800 worth of fees and I got absolutely no help from anyone. This is a ripoff!! Stubhub is absolutely ridiculous to deal with and their customer service is terrible!!!”
“I wish I could give negative stars. I will NEVER use Stubhub again! They refused to give me better seats without charging me! Their idea of comparable was obstructed view or behind the stage. They also didn’t want to reimburse me the difference between my great seats and the horrible seats they wanted to give me. Nothing was easy all while I was driving to the venue. The amount of stress I went through was indescribable. It was one hour until my concert and I still had no tickets. I ended up going on Ticketmaster and paying almost twice what I spent on stubhub. Still waiting for my refund. DON’T use them. I warned you!!!!!!!”
“This is a dreadful company. My husband bought tickets for The Rollings stones in December and tge night of the concert no tickets. The concert was May 7 in Phoenix. He called e mail they screwed around and around. We went to the venue with our other friends prepared to have to but tickets. 5 minutes before we were about to walk in he was e mailed the tickets. He was on the phone with them constantly. They are the most dreadful organization. I spoke with others and they said omg never ever buy tickets from them. You have a reputation snd it's dreadful and clear as to why. Shame on you.”

They sold me parking tickets that were not the way they were advertised. They said they were selling me parking tickets AT the venue but instead it was 20 mins away. They did absolutely nothing to help me and I couldn’t even get my money back (mind you it was 100$ because of the ridiculous extra fees). So rude, not helpful and a scam.”
“I bought my ticket in March for the Neil Young concert May 23rd at Huntington Bank Northerly Pavilion in Chicago. I paid $119.50 in fees on top of a $325 ticket. I have to travel there and pay for 2 nights at a hotel. I don’t want to travel there without my ticket. I have talked to Stub Hub several times. The first time they said if I don’t have my ticket a week before the concert they would contact the seller and ask the seller to send me my ticket. So I called a week before and this time they said the venue won’t be releasing the tickets until a day or two or possibly the day of the concert. How is it possible a venue can release all the tickets at once like that? I feel like an idiot for buying my ticket from this site. They know it’s really true there is a sucker born every minute.”
“I accidentally ordered my daughter’s graduation present tickets to a concert. I meant to order the Zach Bryan tickets in Oklahoma and that is the page I was on. So I ordered them and my daughter called me and said I order the ones in Texas!! We don’t live in Texas and her graduation present is ruined because you won’t cancel this order or try to figure out how to switch them to Oklahoma!!!
