“I thought that I was getting a decent deal by purchasing tickets through StubHub, never again. We bought tickets to go see the Ravens vs Tampa game. As of noon, on the day of the game we still did not have our tickets. When I called they told me that they had contacted the seller and had no response. We were traveling so we went to another site, TicketMaster. In tge mean time the original order was released so we can’t get our money back. Then we again, because I bought them at the same time, tickets to the Book of Mormon. Again I had to call on the morning of the matinee. Those I did get in time. They insisted that they had sent an email for us to accept the tickets 4 weeks ago. No such email. They did send again and we got our tickets. Except for the parking. I will never, ever, use this service again. Who wants to buy tickets that may, or may not show up before the day of the event. I have other complaints about how to pull up the tickets. Do not use this service. Go to more reputable places like TicketMaster. I also have had no problems with SeatGeek. I asked for a refund but was told no because the owner finally released the tickets.”

I called on Friday because tickets still wasn't in my account and now this morning on the phone for 2hours leading up to event going over the same steps from Friday where I spent and hour and 1/2 and tickets are not there. “Saw a ticket for a concert with a particular section and row and purchased it. When the ticket was transferred it was the same section but they changed the row on me. They do bait and switch here so stay away if you are trying to get a seat next to someone. When you call and ask what happened to the ticket they advertised, they get all offended and claim that since it’s an “upgrade” you should be happy and there is nothing they can do. Will never use them again. Now I am sitting far away from my friend (so basically going alone to the concert) because of their fake advertisement.”

“BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! I will never purchase from this company again! I bought tickets months ago to see Mike Tyson fight in July. The fight was postnponed to November 15. I paid $651 for two tickets and the tickets are now $50/piece. I’m unable to resell the tickets and I’m unable to get a refund for the mishap. I called customer service to complain and was told by “Martin” I wasn’t able to speak to a supervisor with my complaints. I was then told that the event could keep getting postponed as many times as they choose and I still will never get a refund . “I purchased a Ticket through Stub Hub to go to Usher on a Friday which was out of town. For me it required time off from work and hotel reservations . Stubb Hub Cancelled the show a Rescheduled it on a Monday which I didn’t agree. They wouldn’t give me my refund and the customer service person was very unhelpful.i will never use them again. I still don’t have my refund”

“I bought 3 great seats September 11 for the Atalanta v Celtic champions league game in Bergamo Italy . They were on the first row @ the half way line so all day Wednesday I was contacting them asking were are my tickets all they did was lie to me so finally 30 minutes before kickoff they emailed me saying they didn’t have the tickets. Now understand something I live in Puerto Rico so I flew to NY JFK then to Milan I was furious so they offered me ticks behind the Goal those tickets are half the price I paid for mine but I had to take them because I had come all that way to see the game . They then told me there would be no extra charge for the replacement tickets that cost half of the original tickets. When I tried contacting customer service they basically blew me off they are the scum of the earth.”
“This company is a poor excuse for a company. I purchased tickets for Ali Sadiq for 9/27/2024 but wasn't able to go so I sold them on the site on 9/23/24. I still have not received my money. They keep saying that I need to input a default payment method. I have done this 4 times with a representative walking me through the process and verifying that they received it on their end. But I keep getting messages saying they can't deposit the money because I need to input account information. So I did it tonight, again with a rep and he says that I should receive my money in 13 days. What the actual f. I will NEVER use this company again.”

“I purchased tickets for Buju Banton in Houston Texas on Sept 12,2024. I do not live in Texas but was going to be there for work. The show ended up being postponed 3 weeks prior to the show. It is now almost November and the show is still showing as postponed because they do not want to refund anyone for these tickets. The tickets were $480 which is a sufficient amount of money. I have requested a refund several times but they are refusing saying the show is postponed. This is ridiculous. They say I can resell my tickets on the site. No one is buying tickets for a concert that is postponed with no future day provided. Stubhub is a scam. Please do not purchase from them b”
