“couldn't find order in my account so i called to ask if they could fix it. customer service was horrible, they didn't know what i was talking about and claimed they were gonna leave me in hold so they could figure it out. 15 minutes i ended up hanging up and figuring it out myself. plus i still haven't received my mobile tickets (i bought them 2 months ago), i just hope these tickets work when i get to the doors, dont use this site!!”
“What a horrible company. They rip you off big time. We spent over $300 for great seats close to the stage and then found out our tickets were invalid the moment we got to the doors. We had to call Stubhub and ask what happened to our tickets. They cancelled our tickets and offered to give us a refund or new seats, however our new seats ended up being seats that are $150 less than what we paid for and in the end they gave us a $4.00 refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR THEY WILL USE YOU.”
“Oh my gosh, this is one of the worst organizations I’ve ever dealt with online on several occasions most recently the Cotton Bowl I have purchased tickets weeks in advance only to be told they would be delivered prior to the game well an hour and a half before the game after numerous attempts to find an update and get the status they were told they told me that the reseller was unable to deliver the tickets winky winky And quickly refunded my money, which I still haven’t received three days later basically, what happened is they sold the tickets for 2 1/2 times what they sold them to me and when I tried to go buy tickets there were no tickets under $1000 so basically I missed the event missed being with my family was totally screwed by these people and all they could say was oh well we refunded your money. Read the fine print good luck. There are plenty of good ticket brokerages like vivid but stay the hell away from these folks they do not deserve your money, deserve my money and they need to be punished. Disgusting.”
“I bought tickets to take my kids to Disney on ice , it kept saying tickets were going to be released by 8 am the day of the event so it was 9:30 and never got anything I called only to find out there was no tickets, very unpleasant and not professional at all, never using Stubhub again i would definitely not recommend it either!”

First problem was 4 tickets to a football game never came through! We were told the owner can release them up until the game time so we drive all the way to the stadium only to find out the owner kept them or maybe resold them.
Second, and completely different issue, when trying to resell baseball tickets I didn’t receive the original tickets yet so I had no barcode to enter (to resell since we could make the game) so now we just wait and hope the original owner releases the tickets to me so I can therefore release (or sell) them to the people trying to buy them from me. What a joke!”
“I bought 2 tickets to a show. I arrive at the show and I only have one ticket available. I have to call Stubhub customer service which then tells me there was a mistake and they don't have my tickets. I clearly did not use the one ticket that was available and they won't refund me for the 2 tickets I bought! USE TICKETMASTER!!!!!”
“I purchased a parking ticket for an NFL game that had a walk to the stadium. They did NOT disclose that you could not use the parking pass until 1 hour prior to the start of the game. We arrived about 1.5 hours ahead of time, which is a completely reasonable timeline. We when got to the parking garage and found out we could not use the pass, we had to pay more for parking. Despite StubHub's lack of disclose of this timeframe, they refused to refund our parking pass. DO NOT USE STUBHUB FOR GAME PARKING!”

“DO NOT USE STUBHUB TO BUY EVENT TICKETS!!! I BOUGHT 2 TICKETS FOR JEFF DUNHAM AT THE OCEAN CENTER. I DROVE AROUND FOR 1-1/2 HOURS LOOKING FOR PARKING. NEEDLESS TO SAY, WE DROVE AN HOUR THERE, WE DID NOT GET TO SEE THE SHOW AND I AM OUT $220!!! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!! I TRUELY BELEIVE I WAS SCAMMED!!!

“Do not use this company, several that are way better. Bought tickets last August to an NFL game. They never ever contacted us about the tickets as to when they will be delivered. We were worried and did not book we could have done all airlines and hotel one day prior. Received our tickets one (1) hour prior to kickoff. WTF who runs a business like that. NEVER received any tickets later than a couple of weeks prior, and we have bought about 50+ to NFl games And mainly concerts. Received our tickets to AC/DC in Vegas April 26th already. Use Ticketmaster they always send updates. Do not use StubHub !!! They have 1.1 star for a reason.”

“I bought 4 tickets to Wicked in September for January at the Pantages. In November I was sent 2 only tickets and the wrong seats. Stub hub required that I return the 2 tickets in order to get the correct seats. I called every 5 days for two months and 1 week before the event StubHub said they could not find me replace my tickets and refunded my money. The $100 seats are now going for $480. They strung me along until now it’s too late to get seats at a decent price. They lose nothing and I’m out of luck!”
