“Very satisfied with the employees I spoke with and both very helpful. Also very happy with the products. I was disappointed, however, that you do not have a policy for the whole company irrespective of where it is centred and that if you recommend someone it has to be with the same town office. A friend recommended me to use your service but I now suspect that because she uses the Alton office she will not be entitled to any discount because I contacted the Farnborough office which is more convenient for me. I was not aware of this information at the beginning of the process and I feel disappointed that she cannot be reward for helping Your company as she has obviously been a very loyal member for some time! Thank you for reading my comments. Elaine Gilbert”

“The advisors I spoke to were all professional and helpful and it was easy to get through on the phone. My only negative comment is that I specifically requested a policy that provided cover for off-road driving but when the policy documents arrived they showed that off-road driving was specifically excluded. When I discussed this with the A-Plan advisor, he confirmed verbally that the policy covered off-road driving but did not provide third party cover for this activity. Although he assured me that the conversation was recorded, I do not feel confident that I am covered unless I have this information in writing.”
