“We were looked after by Bob. He bent over backwards to get us the best deal, managing to come up with a very good policy for less than any other insurer we tried. Your company even honoured the reinstatement of our 9 years NCB even though the paperwork hadn't arrived from our solicitor. We would highly recommend your company to others in view of your very personal service - Thank you”

“I have recently changed over to Aplan after 8 years with the online insurer Swiftcover mainly due to their lack of a personable service their premium increased annually despite not changing my vehicle , terms or any claims, when challenged they replied "write in" that alone caused me the changeover immediately. I am very happy with Aplan your office team were fantastic and apart from finding me a better deal they were personable , polite and friendly exercising a high degree of professionalism and care - the face to face contact of an office sets you above all of your competitors without question. Many thanks Nigel C”

“I am still waiting for the correct paperwork for the policies that I took out at the end of January. This is the fourth attempt. Although everybody seems very friendly and helpful, in view of the above, I am concerned in the event of a claim.”
