“Communication is great regarding shipping etc, Shipping was prompt, emailed re a delay, response to emails when items don't go, ruined the experience. Brought two items, one does not go, emailed support, waited 24 hours, no reply, now over 48 hours later still no reply, weekend is here now, so I rang, and no one is avaliable to answer the call. This has now let the experience down. Surely they aren't that busy, that it takes over 53 hours to respond to an email.”

“Fantastic for everybody/ everyone. Everything has a detailed explanation, there's diagrams, there's photo's of toys in people's hands so you can get an idea of size. There was nothing on my bank statement or post bag to give away what I bought.”
