“Customer service has been excellent. Sometimes you can get a bargain. I like rewards points but sometimes they expire way too soon; we don't all buy adult products every week. Delivery is typically prompt. When product has been faulty it is relatively easy to resolve with ATMS.”

“i recently ordered a product which was supposed to be free shipping, but then because i didnt enter the code i still got charged for shipping. it's very easy to auto-apply the free shipping code so it's pre-populated in the check-out. first time seeing this underhand behaviour. product was awesome and delivery time was on point. just dont taut free delivery then not give it - not ethical”

“Wow, firstly thank you so much for the freebies, (the Share satisfaction lube is always amazing, I've yet to try the JO watermelon lube,) the über lube is F**king ORGASMIC 😍, paired with the Rose toy... HOLY F...!!! Combined they are guaranteed to give a series of orgasms like never before. Absolutely NO other toy can do what the Rose does, in terms of pleasure. The Share satisfaction foaming toy cleaner does pretty good, I did notice some toys need longer and some need extra rinsing to avoid the cleaner residue, great for sensitive and reactive skin like mine, no reactions from the toy cleaner as has happened with other toy cleaners before, 10/10 highly recommend all of these products, have yet to try the banana flavoured condoms, but I'm sure they're delicious because you can smell them through the packaging already, omnomnom 🤤”
