“La nici 30 de zile de la intarzierea zborului am primi banii pe despagubire. Singurul dubiu il am este la suma despagubita de catre compania aeriana, care a fost de doar 200 de euro in loc de 250 de euro. Nu am cum sa fiu sigur daca au oprit ei si acei bani sau chiar nu au fost decontati de catre compania aeriana. In rest totul a fost ok, am primit 140 de euro din totalul sumei de 250 de euro.”
