“I am trying to provide my bank details for the refund, but I do not have a UK bank account. My bank account is in Oman. I have entered the IBAN for both Bank Muscat and Sohar International, but your system does not accept either of them. Could you please advise how I can receive my refund if your system does not accept an Omani IBAN? Is there another way to process the payment?”

Dear Laila Al Kindi, At this stage, we do not need your bank details, so there is no need to enter your Omani bank account yet. AirAdvisor operates under a No-Win, No-Fee policy. You do not need to pay anything upfront. If we successfully recover compensation from the airline, we will transfer the payment to you after deducting our agreed commission. Once we receive the compensation from the airline, we will promptly update your claim status to **"Payment received"** and then ask you to provide your bank details for the transfer. **You will be able to use your Oman bank account without any problem at that stage.** To proceed with your claim, we kindly ask you to upload your **PIR (Property Irregularity Report)**. A PIR is issued by the airport's baggage service desk, usually before you leave the airport, and contains a unique reference number required to track your baggage and support your compensation claim. If you are unable to upload the PIR report through your claim profile on our website, please send it to [info@airadvisor.com](mailto:info@airadvisor.com) or upload it directly in your claim chat. “Estoy muy agradecida con AirAdvisor y con Alona ya que ella fue la encargada de mi caso, fueron rápidos y todo el trámite fue sencillo, yo solo les comenté mi caso y ellos se encargaron de todo. Nunca había utilizado este tipo de servicios, pero es bueno saber que nos pueden ayudar.”
