“En su debido momento teníamos el equipaje ya facturado cuando nos informan que el vuelo se ha suspendido hasta el otro día sin dar ningún motivo. Realizó la gestión de la incidencia directamente por iberia y pasarón del caso; se ha gestionado la incidencia por AirAdvisor y en menos de 30 días la gestionarón. La recomiendo son muy amables y eficaces.”
