“The company used my information without me submitting the claim completely. At first I thought i would go with them, but then i claimed my claim directly via airline to save money. And without me finishing the claim on the AirAdvisor page they submitted it on behalf of me which resulted that my claim made directly via airline was cancelled. Be carefull to add any details on this company page as they will proceed your claim even without you finishing it.”
