Stimată Ana Maria Mihu, Vă mulțumim că v-ați făcut timp să ne împărtășiți părerea dumneavoastră. Ne pare rău să aflăm că ați considerat că situația nu a fost explicată clar încă de la început. Înțelegem cât de important este să fiți la curent cu evoluția procesului de despăgubire și vă mulțumim că ne-ați semnalat acest aspect. Depunem toate eforturile pentru a ține clienții la curent, trimițând notificări prin e-mail ori de câte ori apare o evoluție semnificativă în dosarul lor. Aceste actualizări au scopul de a oferi informații despre evoluția cazului și despre orice schimbări importante pe măsură ce acestea apar. Vă putem confirma că dosarul dumneavoastră a fost finalizat cu succes și că despăgubirea a fost plătită la data de **24 iulie 2026**. Sperăm că acest lucru a avut un rezultat pozitiv pentru dumneavoastră, chiar dacă procesul nu a îndeplinit pe deplin așteptările dumneavoastră în ceea ce privește comunicarea.
