“While the service was offered through the airline's claims process, the €120 agency fee creates an expectation of professional and responsive support. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience, as there have been considerable delays in responses and some of my questions have remained unanswered. I am still anticipating a resolution / reimbursement for my friends whose claimed was initiated by me along with my own”

Nos gustaría aclarar que los diferentes tipos de reclamaciones relacionadas con una interrupción del vuelo son independientes y se gestionan por separado. Tenga en cuenta que la **indemnización por el vuelo**, el **reembolso del coste del billete** (cuando proceda) y el **reembolso de los gastos adicionales** son tres tipos de pagos distintos. En su caso, hemos recibido con éxito el reembolso de los gastos adicionales, y dicho importe le fue abonado el **24 de julio de 2026**. Sin embargo, su reclamación de indemnización es un asunto independiente y sigue en trámite. Seguimos tramitándola en su nombre y estamos trabajando para obtener la indemnización a la que pueda tener derecho legalmente. Tan pronto como haya alguna novedad importante o una decisión definitiva sobre su reclamación de indemnización, se lo notificaremos de inmediato.
