They took care of everything in regards to my delayed luggage. I wasn’t sure that anything was going to come of my claim, but they followed through for me and completed the claim I am very satisfied

Most users are able to complete the entire process in just 5 to 7 minutes, and we believe this is a fair time investment considering that, once submitted, AirAdvisor takes care of the rest — no more paperwork or follow-ups for you. At the start, we only request the essential documents, such as a passport or ID, your flight ticket, or booking confirmation. These are required to validate your claim and initiate the process with the airline. In some cases, the airline may request additional documentation. When that happens, we reach out to you with clear instructions and do our best to assist and guide you through every step. The only problem is it won’t allow me to hit the submit button. Also I had no out of pocket expenses because it was my return trip. So it was my personal clothing, some Brighton jewelry which I have the receipts for.

Relativamente fácil de introduzir todos os dados solicitados, de forma a ser representado pela AirAdvisor na recuperação da indemnização que me é devida pelo atraso de mais de 3 horas no voo da TAP, ficando no entanto a aguardar a resolução da situação no sentido de poder vir a ser reembolsado.
