To continue further proceeding with your case it is obligatory to: - sign your claim - add passport/ ID - add ticket and booking confirmation. You provided only a ticket. Unfortunately, it is not enough for Jet2 airline. I would have rather not have pursued any compensation after my experience - or just do it yourself. After a 600 Euro eligible claim amount, my payout was 147 Euro. This accounts for their original service fees, which take a hefty percentage of the claim, but then an additional 50% gets taken when, according to them, they need to use external legal counsel to pursue the claim. Sure, you get update emails advising you of all of this, but there is never actually any proof provided about the airline responses (refusals, acceptance, etc) so you need to take their word for it. The time I put into it was not worth it.

I submitted a claim in August. Did a follow-up email on the progress in November and have not received a reply back in 2 weeks since I emailed asking for a follow-up. Needs to be better communication.

Při reklamaci byla požadována el.letenka, kterou nemám. Dostala jsem na letišti. Rezervační číslo také nemám a nikdo mi nebyl schopen poradit. Žádné tel.číslo jen dotazník.

Péssima experiência! O valor inicialmente indicado pela AirAdvisor no fim acabou por passar para metade e acabei a receber menos do que a companhia pagaria se tivesse apresentado queixa diretamente a eles. Não recomendo. Não lutam por nós, nem dominam assim tanto as leis aéreas.

Avand in vedere ca ati facut nici un fel de verificare in cazul reclamatiei mele, si ati respins initial cererea ca fiind nefondata nu meritati nici macar o stea. A trebuit sa va dau mura n gura toate mesajele primite de la compania aeriana prin care anunta repetate intarzieri, ca sa puteti merge in instanta. Si "SUPRIZA" cand s a ajuns la instanta ati schimbat comisionarea fara acordul meu la 50%.

Rien ne mentionne le total de la commission encaissée par air advisor. Au total ce sont 92€ versées (contre 70 euros annoncés, bien sûr une fois que la demande est faite et qu’on ne peut plus revenir en arrière). Vous gagnerez à être plus transparents, c’est une honte

Große Versprechungen und es passiert nichts. Bei meinem Mann wurde es abgelehnt obwohl es uns zusteht. Nun sind mittlerweile 5 Monate vergangen und es tut sich absolut nichts.

son 4 pasajeros y solamente habéis tramitado la compensación para 1. además, teniendo en cuenta la enorme comisión que cobráis, la compensación ofrecida por la aerolínea disminuye mucho y lo que percibimos al final es mínimo. seguimos esperando compensación x3 personas más. mujer e hijos. gracias

Dear Ioana Badulescu Vlad, Our managers always check the claim`s details first when receiving the claim. We only need some of the information from the client to estimate if this claim is eligible for compensation/or not. As for your claim, it was checked by your manager, considering the flight details noted by you in the claim. Then, the claim was submitted to the airline and the airline informed us at once after submission that you have already submitted claim with another legal entity (or directly by yourself). In such cases, most airlines do not accept claims anymore when the claim was already registered in their system for the same passenger and the same flight details. Therefore, we have no right to proceed with your claim further and should close your claim.
