“This surface was helpful, but it was not clear that this was not a service through the airline. I did not know, until after I submitted the claim that there was a cost and a commission that the Service would take and more over that the cost would be as high as it was. I wish I knew that before I filed the claim with this entity.”

“Am avut o experiență excelentă cu această companie. Au gestionat tot procesul de solicitare a despăgubirii pentru zborul meu anulat într-un mod rapid, profesionist și fără stres. Comunicarea a fost foarte bună pe tot parcursul procesului, iar echipa a fost mereu disponibilă să răspundă la întrebările mele. Nu mă așteptam ca procedura să fie atât de simplă, însă ei s-au ocupat de toate formalitățile și au reușit să obțină despăgubirea într-un timp rezonabil. Recomand cu încredere serviciile lor oricui are probleme cu zboruri anulate sau întârziate. Mulțumesc pentru ajutor și profesionalism!”
