“Fenomenali. Il mio caso: 3 ore e mezza di ritardo su un volo diretto, heraklion milano. In 1 mese e mezzo forse meno 400€ di rimborso, di cui 280 a me e il resto di commissione a loro. Si, forse un servizio un po' costoso, ma che vale la sanità mentale di non dover parlare con una compagnia aerea. La cosa migliore? Il volo l'avevo pagato 75€ haahah grandi raga”

“Prima geholpen en geregeld maar wel meerdere keren dezelfde informatie (bijv. Reserveringsnummers, bankgegevens, boardingpassen etc) moeten aanleveren. Had mijn inziens niet nodig geweest. Verder prima - en duidelijke communicatie en afhandeling van de claim waarvoor dank.”
