“Det var litt vansker med å laste ned dokumentasjon i starten. Utbetalingen kom nokså raskt (etter 5-6 uker), men ikke i Euro som jeg ønsket meg og det ble brukt lavere valutakurs-beregning. Gebyret er svært høyt - nesten 30% av klagesummen.”
