Satisfied with the service so far with reference to my compensation claim. We had an awful start to our holiday, something which I wouldn’t want others to experience. An already delayed flight turned into a further delayed flight. The heart ache that was caused when our luggage didn’t arrive with us at our destination was totally unacceptable causing further distress. All I would request that these factors are taken into account during your investigations .
