“Boa tarde. Não fiquei satisfeita pois o valor era 250€ e vocês cobraram 75€ de serviço?? Essa informação está errada, porque quando falam em reembolsam não falam dessas taxas. Falaram que era os 250€. Aliás, nós gastámos muito mais que isso que não nos foi devolvido. A companhia erra e nós ainda ficamos a perder muito dinheiro”

“Buna ziua!! Sincera sa fiu aveam o incertitudine ca o sa recuperam o parte,fie ea cât de mica din întârzierea zborului,dar m-am înșelat. Respect pentru dumneavoastra din partea familiei mele!! Astazi au intrat banii in cont recuperați la unul din zborurile noastre cu anulare/intarziere. Pe viitor o sa va recomand cu mare încredere . Va mulțumim!”

“Had no idea there is a 30% fee involved, it is not noted on the site in an easy to see location. The amount of work to submit the claim from to Air Advisor or to the airline directly was the same, so no idea why the fee is 30%.”
