“too slow to take action. we went 4 person but paid only 3”

Please note that each passenger’s claim is assessed separately by the airline, even when several passengers travel together. As a result, updates or payments may be issued at different times, which may explain why compensation was processed for three passengers earlier than for the fourth. For clarity, below is the timeline of your case: 07.10.2025 – Claim submitted to the airline. 05.12.2025 – As the airline did not issue payment within the required timeframe, the case was transferred to our legal partners and legal action was initiated. 31.12.2025 – Payment received from the airline. 28.01.2026 – Compensation paid.
