HIS COMPANY DOES NOT TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE AIRLINES !!!!!! AirAdvisor does not take legal action against the airline! They accepted my claim but did not want to take legal action, because they have no lawyers available for that! And they didnt write me that, only after I asked why I got half of the expected amount compensation then they said this excuse. But when you submit the claim they write that they have the option for taking legal action! And they don't reply your emails only after a month!. everything goes smooth till the claim is submitted, ones submitted you can wait a few month till they reply to your emails. AND THEIR RESPONSE ON THIS REVIEUW IS A LIE !!!!!!! They claim that they had not much chance to win the case, but they wrote me an email that they have no lawyers available !!!!!!!!!! (and according to the agreement if they accepted the claim, they must go to court , even if ther is not much chance ! See attached ! We regret that our service did not meet your expectations.  According to official information received from the airline, your flight has been canceled due to extraordinary circumstances. In such a case, no compensation is due according to Regulation 261/2004. In order to take the case to court, you need lawyers of a certain jurisdiction who are willing to represent the interests of the passenger in court. As the chances of obtaining compensation are low in your case, our lawyers considered it too risky to take the case to court, as we might incur high costs and lose the case. We have agreed with the airline to pay part of the amount in pre-trial proceedings to reimburse the additional costs incurred due to the flight disruption, and the money has been successfully transferred to your account. While we work hard to help all our clients, unfortunately, it is not always feasible. Our team would be happy to help you with your other claims in the future. Thank you for understanding!

Dear Gershon, As we have said before, lawyers of a particular jurisdiction are needed depending on each claim (flight). We have lawyers from different jurisdictions, some of whom refused to work on your case because the chances of success were low. Unfortunately, we do not have lawyers of Israeli jurisdiction to take the case to an Israeli court. Israel is not an EU country, and therefore, EU Regulation 261/2004 rarely applies to such cases, so, indeed, we do not have lawyers in that country. We have in no way tried to cheat you. We sincerely apologize for speaking out misleadingly and thereby causing a misunderstanding.

Me comunicaron una indemnizacion de 600 y con la comisión se quedo en 420 euros. Pero al final han sido 250 euros y con la comisión se han quedado en 175,00 euros. No entiendo porque ha bajado tanto. Me he quedado un poco decepcionada, tr lo venden de una forma y luego es otra cosa

Estimado Alberto Martínez Moreno, Le agradecemos sus comentarios. Entendemos que originalmente especificó uno de los aeropuertos de forma incorrecta, por lo que el importe de la indemnización se calculó inicialmente de forma errónea. El importe de la compensación se calcula automáticamente, de conformidad con el Reglamento (CE) nº 261/2004, en función de la distancia entre el aeropuerto de salida y el de llegada. En su caso, la distancia entre el aeropuerto de salida y el de llegada es de 725 km. En este caso, el importe de la indemnización es de 250 euros. Gracias por su comprensión.

No aceptan las solicitudes cuando no se tiene el billete de embarque, ni vuelo fue cancelado por iberia express por huelga, así que no lo tengo y me niegan la solicitud pr falta de pruebas que no deberia

I shared additional documentation as I needed to pay almost 500e for the additional flight but never got any infornation from you. Instead I received only 150e compensation.

your Uploading tool is out of date you need an option so you can Delete photos if Necessary i had picture uploaded i didn't need can couldn't remove them

Dear Sir/Madam, Just let to inform you that when you create your claim on our site you have the possibility to delete unnecessary files - just hover over the photo/file and then push X on the top left side of the file. For deleting the file in an already existing claim you can just ask your manager to do this in the claim Chat. We hide this option for users for security reasons. Thank you a lot for your feedback. This service is incredibly slow. Even after compensation was successful. Air advisor took over 3 months to process payment. Each time I would ask them if the bank details are correct. They say it was but then 30 days later (when I chase), they say it isn’t. The name wasn’t right, the Iban number is missing etc etc. if you need these things as mandatory, then update the form so it’s impossible to put an incorrect value in. If the bank details MUST be the same name as the ticket holder then don’t allow users to choose their own name! Web site is shocking and badly built. Support is slow. I have two claims for the same flight. One has been successfully claimed, the other is stagnant. Makes no sense.

Thus, the sum that was transferred to your account was 250 Euro. The amount of compensation is established by Regulation EC 261/2004. According to the law, you were entitled to 400 euros in compensation in this situation. We got this money for you. It is impossible to receive a compensation amount more than specified in the law. Witam Sprawa toczyła sie bardzo długo . Jak składała do Państwa dokumenty , otrzymałam informację iż koszty prowadzenia sprawy to 75 euro . Bardzo mnie zaskoczyło ze pobrali Państwo 125 euro kosztów . Jest to bardzo duża różnica . Nie ukrywam jestem troche rozczarowana , bo miałam wybór również kilku innych kancelarii .

A very difficult company to deal with and to get compensation from . I got NO compensation and only 50% of the airfare back despite the airline company cancelling the flight . Poor poor poor .

According to Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 February 2004 there is no compensation due in cases with force majeure. BUT the refund of ticket price is due. In your case you were refunded the ticket price. The refund was made thankful to our partner lawyers. In such cases the commission is 50%.
