Had no satisfaction from 2 people I spoke to on Aircoach Belfast today! Still didn’t solve my problem after charging me twice & not supplying me with any tickets yet!

The coach was cancelled the morning I was supposed to take it. Barely a couple of hours notice. I had to find another transportation which was extremely expensive. Moreover the reimbursement arrived a week later. Horrible service

I booked the transfers through my Ryanair flight booking. I discovered that AirCoach had booked non refundable travel arrangements dates / times on reverse dates and non-matching times with my Ryanair dates/times. Although I emailed Aircoach to question and possibly remedy this I received no acknowledgment or response from AirCoach until after I had returned from my weekend visit to Dublin. To avoid not being able to use the transfers I had paid for with Aircoach I took the precaution of booking transfers on the Dublin AirPort Express Service and this worked reliably and well. So I’ve wasted booking by Aircoach they failed to respond to my email query in a timely and useful manner and I lost the money I paid them. Of course I will never book with Aircoach again and recommend travellers to use the Dublin AirPort Express service instead. The worst of it is Aircoach failed to respond or even acknowledge my email in a timely manner.

Worst experience ever. The bus was ice cold, driver was very understanding and helpful, I asked him to turn heating on, he said the aircon was broke and wouldn't heat up he couldn't be more apologetic. I felt more sorry for the him because he was clearly cold and wearing a thick coat. Not one of the chargers worked and the wifi was connected without internet the entire trip..... luxury travel my backside... they clearly advertise what they can't deliver! for the price they charge, you should be getting a better experience than this!!

First our booking was cancelled from Dublin airport to Dublin city centre was cancelled as we were at out departing UK airport morning we was flying out to Dublin, plus our return booking from our Dublin hotel we found out on arrival the pickup point was some .4 of mile further down BUT, Aircoach picks up outside our hotel. Asked for refund but told it was not a flexi ticket which was booked via Ryanair anyway. Taxis both ways brilliant drivers and service highly recommended.

The 700 on 6th October in the evening was terrible. I was notified by email that my booked services was cancelled and that I can request a refund or use other service. Arrived at airport and was waiting for more than 45 minutes without service, and I had to take taxi home. Request a refund and was rejected. Very bad service in general, random timetable changed without notice, always late and very poor customer service. To be avoided. Better use other alternatives to reach to airport.

The 700 service (today, 10 October) was late by at least 20 minutes. The service is consistent only in its unreliability of late. Therefore I was forced to order a taxi. It’s a pity as it used to be a good service until a few months ago. Do not get this service if you are travelling to the airport and are under pressure to make your flight. You won’t make it.

Never take the 701 bus… they changed the route a while ago – this is my third time taking it. Run away from it. It’s faster and easier to take the competitor’s option and change in Tara Station! They really don’t care about their customers, if so, they would listen to their customers and roll back this change.

Appalling service and totally unreliable. The coach service which I booked for 13:56 never arrived. I would not recommend the Aircoach 702 route/service

Still this is the only company or shop or business that i can recall that for some reason declines AIB debit or credit cards. Why ??? I'm travelling abroad and I know my card will work fine wherever I visit but go on an Aircoach and it's a no. The drivers know this it's not there fault but they can't say. Sort this out.

I have to use the aircoach almost everyday at 5:30am and everything previous to this event has been fine but for some reason today the aircoach hadn’t appeared during the scheduled time and didn’t even show up so I had to wait to get the 6:00am aircoach which was late (bare in mind I have never been late to work prior to this situation). which ended with me being late for work and getting told off by my manager.

I booked an aircoach to Dublin airport and on the morning I got sent this email Regarding your Aircoach trip on Fri 4th Oct 2024 departing Cherrywood Business Park, Stop 7640 at 12:00Due to operational issues out of our control this service has been cancelled. Please use our 1130 or 1230 service.Apologies for the inconvenience caused.Air Coach Operations with no way of getting a refund as it was an international flight with further connections so I had to arrange another way of getting there as I did not trust that the next bus would get me there on time.

Getting worse all the time. Used to be a reliable service every 15 minutes now it's 30 if you're lucky enough that a bus shows up. On Friday at the airport at 3pm I was told that the next bus to Leopardstown was 3.55. When I asked why there was such a delay the answer I got was a shrug of the shoulder. That's 3 out of the last 4 attempts that I ended up in a taxi

I left an airpod case on an aircoach bus and promptly notified them. This was found, but in the process of this being retrieved aircoach transferred their lost property department to a third party team in Dublin. However they disposed of my item. It took me 6 months to find this out as I was passed from pillar to post when they occasionally did respond. Often I was left without replies.

Very rude and unprofessional service at Dublin Airport Aircoach ticket office (people who sale tickets in the kiosk and near the busses). Details provided to the customer service Ref: 00960290. Recommendation to the future customers: try to stay away or at least buy tickets online - this will be cheaper and less stressful.
