Well this started as an observation, I really don't do reviews due to my dislike of social media type whinging. However I have to comment. I have travelled on Aircoach, Cork to Dublin Airport over the last 3 years and generally its fine .....generally. Tonight though, and I'm on the bus as I write, I have to say how taken aback I was by Aircoaches travel coordinator for the Cork to Dublin 19.30. For a person in a Public facing role, I am somewhat surprised with this selection, as well as questioning my presence on the Bus, and rescanning my ticket, because I was changing seats, 5 mins after getting on board! bearing in mind it was the same person that scanned me on, this same, person was incredibly rude to a non national Lady who was trying to buy a ticket, probaly unaware that its not really an express bus,and was generally rude and noisy towards the passengers, we are not cattle and that poor woman was not treated well, once again I'm not often driven to commenting but this was not and did not look good.

This company is a bunch of con artists. My daughter made an error when booking her transfer, we phoned them within 5 minutes and they said they cant help. She managed to put her travel details around the wrong way and the operator said they can change date and time but not the transfers. So not only have we had to pay again because the flights changed, but now we have to pay a 3rd time because of a silly error. Apparantley their system doesnt allow a change and I am not the first person to complain - so if this is something that happens regularly - do something about it! Dont just keep taking money off people. You are unscrupulous and profiteering at your customers expense.

Responding on a customer’s question with the answer; ”Sorry, we can’t help you” - without giving any reason at all for not being able to help = badwill ! Was it ”company policy”, ”terms of the ticket”, ”I’m to busy” or something else that was the reason for not being sble to help ? Naaaa, nothing, zero … Customer oriented ?? => NOT !!!

Are you aware that on TFI's journey planner, your route 703 to Killiney Castle hotel is given as still operating. Your fault or TFI's?? For the average visitor a real mess!! Michael Adams

The strabic salesman at terminal 2 is the rudest lad I have ever seen in this country. He wasted his time arguing with car drivers instead of selling tickets on time. He even argued with the bus driver because the driver claimed that the tickets have to be sold before bus arrives. He lied to some people saying that the bus was full (even when driver was saying it wasn't) and threatened that if anyone argued with him they would never get on one of "his buses" again, in a threatening and shouting tone. Thanks to the driver we were able to get on the bus. Who can hire someone like that? Clearly doing his job very poorly and creating uncomfortable situations for customers. If there was another way to get to my destination I would never use this service again.

Would rather drag my balls through broken glass and walk to the airport than rely on this service.

Quite frankly, the rudest drivers I’ve come across, travelled several times now with Aircoach, I’ve been told to ‘Just get on the bus’ by one driver when I asked a question, this time on the 700 6.25pm, the driver was abrupt, grabbing the phone from customers hands to see the route, then literally dismissing them onto the bus. I’ve seen on one than more occasion, elderly people struggling to lift their bags into the hold, the drivers standing back watching them. Overall, a very uncomfortable experience.

701 due at 0.45 at T2 sailed passed a few minutes early as I was getting to stop. Bus pulled in and swerved out again well before 1.45. That’s half an hour wait now. Unacceptable. I’d give no stars if I could.

Got the bus from Wesley at 12.25 19th October. I accidentally had booked a ticket from the airport instead of to the airport. When I tried to tell the bus driver he screamed at me and humiliated me. Saying ‘no no no you idiot we have a system in place.’ And then proceeded to charge me the full price for an adult ticket even though I showed him my student card. He continued to scream at passengers who got on after me. I assumed he might just be having a bad day but he continued to pick fights with passengers who boarded the entire way to the airport bringing this service into complete disrepute. I am very upset about the way I was treated on this service and how I was spoken to. I was double charged for a ticket I had already bought and the whole situation was very unfair.

As I’m standing in the stop at st raphael’as rd the driver that was meant to be at 13:58 according to my ticket just passed by me, so I’m in a taxi from Sandyford so I don’t lose my flight because of the incompetence of the driver I will have to spend about €70, not only that I’m not even getting my €12.60 back

I was at the Monkstown Knox hall at 6.44am for the scheduled 6.49am 702. I waited until 7.07am before taking a taxi. I had been very excited about this route but I was very disappointed on this occasion as bus had either left early or was very late. It would be very helpful if either at stops or online you can see progress of bus , I.e. if I had an ETA for a delayed bus I could have waited longer but was unsure if it had left before scheduled time. This is all the more important on an hourly service with urgency of flight boarding times for customers.

Left waiting for the 700 from Cornelscourt for an hour…at 3:00am. There was no notification from Aircoach that this service was cancelled, thus creating a massive backlog for people waiting at later stops for a bus that never materialised. If you are visiting Dublin and trying to get to the airport - do not use Aircoach!! Get into the city and use the Dublin Express, it’s a fraction of the cost of Aircoach and is a much more reliable service.

Very disappointed with Aircoach, after booking return ticket Cork to Dublin to play a gig, gig was cancelled due to an accident which left a band member with a broken limb - I was surprised to get through to a call centre in the UK when I was asking for a refund or a change of date due to the sudden nature of the accident and was told I would hear back about it within two weeks- didn't hear back until after the date in question and told no. I will no longer be using Aircoach and will be switching to using Citylink who are much more human to deal with and who give the option to amend your booking if needed.

I just had the worst experience with Aircoach which I did not expect. I was waiting for the 2h bus from Cork to Dublin this morning and it never came. A few people and myself were waiting for more than 1h not knowing what is going on and wondering if the bus will ever show up. Around 3h someone who works for Aircoach made a phone call and told us that the 2h bus had been cancelled. He was also very surprised because we should have received an email letting us know in advance that the bus was cancelled so we could take another bus. Unfortunately we never received that email, made us all miss our flight from Dublin as it was the last time for the aircoach departure. And obviously when I try to contact Aircoach regarding the refund of my ticket no one is answering.
