Recidivous. Avoid this service and take a taxi instead if you do not want to fall in the trap of waiting for an hour and then taking the taxi at the end. When I raised the complaint: Pathetic customer service with employees themselves unaware of bus status. Pathetic customer care service with employees not sure of bus route and timings

Very bad experience by aircoach staff at Dublin airport today (31/10/24). We had a ticket to Belfast for the 14.30 bus, but the flight from Doha landed early and we were at zone 2 bus pick up point at 12.45pm. Asked the person at the ticket office about changing the ticket to earlier time and she agreed. Just before the bus for 13.30 to Belfast arrived one lady staff started scanning the tickets. Informed her that my ticket is for 14.30 but would like to go for the one at 13.30. Also told her that the person in the office agreed for this. She was very unpleasant about this and said that the person in the office is not supposed to do this. We were side lined along with few other passengers. Once all the 13.30 passengers were boarded this lady came at the door and murmured some thing which most of us couldn’t understand. So I just asked her, did you mean other people for blefast and she replied in a very rude way that if you don’t move forward you won’t be getting in this bus. I didn’t say anything and loaded all our luggage’s in the bus and my wife already seated in the bus. While I was boarding the bus I asked her for her name and she replied very rudely that I am not getting her name. Got the same reply while I asked her for some sort of identification. She then started shouting at me and my wife, in front of the other passengers and asked us to get out of the bus because I told her that she was rude to me. Then the driver started taking her side and said that because she said , I had to get out of the bus he can’t do anything but to get us out of the bus. Most of the passengers who were in the bus started saying the lady was rude and it’s unfair getting us out of the bus. Because the driver was rushing about the time and I didn’t want to argue and don’t want to bother other passengers , I got out of the bus with my wife and unloaded my luggage. During this process I lost one of my hand luggage which contains my official documents in the bus and informed the lady in the office. She promised, she will contact the driver and will make sure the hand bag will be left in Belfast. I will be making an official complaint to aircoach about this bad experience we had from one of their staff at Dublin airport.

The bus didn’t show up at the stop at any point, so I was left without transportation to get to my flight.

I've tried to take aircoach 3 times. It has not shown up 2 of the times...with no warning, and then I have to call a taxi. Unreliable service is obviously not ideal for airport transport. One time I got a refund quickly. The other time I'm still trying to get a refund for...I've called and emailed and spent 20 minutes on the phone and have a "reference number" and it's been almost 4 weeks. DO NOT USE AIRCOACH if you actually want to get to the airport.

Aircoach is careless in handling passengers' lost property and refuses to hear complaints. The company has outsourced lost property matters to a third party company in Dublin, Smarte Carte. The third party waits for lost property to be handed over by Aircoach before passengers can claim it back. I lost a pair of earphones on the Aircoach Belfast to Dublin 705X route on 8 October. I reported the loss to Smarte Carte on the same day and waited 7 days for the lost property to get to them. Instead of sending the lost property to Smarte Carte, my lost property went to an industrial estate in Derry - I know this because the earphones have location tracking which have shown the same location in Springtown Avenue, Derry for 14 days. I cannot reclaim my lost property because it hasn't been handed in to the third party and Aircoach is refusing to acknowledge that it holds the property despite me contacting Aircoach via email and contact form twice. I have provided the tracking data for my device to show exactly where it is and STILL Aircoach has done nothing. This is a ludicrous bureaucracy and atrocious customer service. At this point, I have to wonder whether Aircoach intends to make money from wrongfully withholding customers' lost property, particularly electronics. To add insult to injury, Aircoach doesn't have a complaints procedure on its website and its telephone agents cannot process complaints. My next port of call will be Consumer Council for Northern Ireland, and after that, small claims court to reclaim the cost of the property Aircoach is withholding from me.

Disappointed we customer service I received recently, yes I did purchase two tickets and used them, the point is I was on line trying to get free travel plus companion, that’s what we have in Ireland don’t know about England, the two people I delt with on the phone did understand what I was saying but couldn’t resolve the problem, they were fantastic customer support, as I’ve stated in two phone call and now this is my third email to your company your website is not working properly, you have stated to me twice that I used my free travel ticket, let me explain in proper English, I DIDNT GET A FREEDOM TRAVEL TICKET, okay, I purchased two tickets which I paid for from my bank account/ pension, your website states FREE TRAVEL,???? It’s not working I tried for three days on and off then I just ended up paying as I was afraid I wouldn’t get a seat on the bus as yet again your company have added extra stops to the service, I feel this is going on way to long and at this present moment I don’t rate your extremely bad service, please don’t come back to me and say I used the tickets, not my fault you are giving a bad service to customers

Used their Cork - Dublin Airport service. Someone thought that it would be great idea to put a big sized clock on the screen above the driver on white background. As a result, when the lights are off in the bus, the clock on the screen acts like a torch, goes thru your eyes when you are just trying to sleep. Just makes it impossible to. So you just stare at the clock and count down the minutes till you get off the bus and never use this bus company again.

Was waiting on the 702 service from the 3 Arena to the airport…After having travelled with Dublin Express around the corner due to the bus not turning up I had contacted Aircoach to be told ‘Service was partially cancelled’ and that there was no one on the operations team work over night to notify pre booked passengers. However this is a blatant lie as I have received cancellation emails at 2am on other bookings. Strange how a service is partially cancelled but the a bus going past showed as ‘No Service’ at 3.30am….

I was ordering a ticket at the ticket booth in Dublin Airport. I was feeling very unwell and your staff laughed at me and mocked me while I was getting a ticket for a bus. Your customer service was terrible on this occasion.

What is wrong with your website - impossible to book, the outward departure date defaults to “2018” and can’t be amended. Ridiculous and very frustrating. John 27/10/2014

Rude driver, shouted at us saying you should be here 20 mins in advance. Wasn’t late so don’t understand the problem, was told your lucky to get on here even though we had tickets bought a few days in advance for the specific time of coach.

If I could give a zero star I would ... hideously awful service - no recourse to telephone support at the weekends ... no reason given for no show services ... they are living on past glory... never again!

I think aircoach is a very good service but I have found your online site to be confusing. The is aremore than one site online some outdatedand should be deleted Can you clarify why on "Current" Time Tables the forthcoming dates omit the day after the current /present date but include dates two days and more after the present date". This can be confusing because the day afer the present datesssssss is forthcoming and its ommision gives doubt on whether or not there is a service on that date.
