“Never trust aircoach I have been waiting for a refund from aircoach for the last 3 weeks all I keep getting is talk to my bank which I have done and have proof that they have sent me no refund I have asked to speak to the complaint department and fraud department which am being refused I have a bank statement to show the money has not gone into my account but they are refusing to investigate it aircoach are a total disgrace and fraudulent company”

“1530 bus from Dublin to Belfast broke down a few miles from Glengall Street today. We were delayed by an hour. I’m not complaining. I want to make sure you know that your driver, Ian was brilliant. He made sure we were safe, he dealt with all the problems efficiently — and most of all, he was superb with us, the passengers. Very funny, kept us informed & in good spirits. He’s probably still waiting for the coach to be towed. Please can you make a point of passing on our thanks to him. And give him a raise! Ian Condron, Travelling with Sue Higgins”

“Don't use Aircoach unless you assume in advance they're going to breakdown or abandon you mid journey for 45 minutes and you buy a special add on for your ticket ahead of time. Otherwise, you won't be refunded, despite not actually being given the service you paid for. If I could give 'No stars' I would”

“Always bad experience with you guys! No options to pay in the airport with AIB card- really??? Always being told to run back to terminal to get cash! Also few people in front of me paying with the social card ! This cards can be charge but not AIB really? You are unbelievable! At least the staff could have been helpful and advise me to buy the ticket on line that would have also been cheaper and would have saved me from running all around as per usual with you ! Bad staff and bad service , expensive as hell !”

“I had misplaced my luggage on the very first day I landed in Dublin in the aircoach. The next day I was able to find it in the airport(lost and found section). Extremely grateful to the staff for helping me out.”

“When customer services tell you that there will be a frequent service in the early hours of the morning (a shuttle every 15 mins), one is trustful. After all, why would a company lie? Tell me, Air coach, why did you lie? Arriving at Dublin's O'Connell Street at 01h00 for the Dublin airport service was an act of trust; waiting over 70 minutes was, however, an act of folly? What happened to your service on Saturday early morning, 31 August? In the end, I had to hail a taxi! Very, very disappointing, Air coach!”

“I bought the ticket for 4:05 in the morning in Dun Laoghaire and planned to be at the bus stop 15 minutes earlier due to safety reasons. For my surprise, when I was walking to the bus stop, I saw it coming (the bus was 20 minutes earlier) and I literally had to run to not miss it. Another passenger did the same. The bus should come on time. I'm certain other people missed it.”
