Waiting since 06:30 at blackrock, bus due 06:53… 07:19 still not here…. Dreadful service … what do I do now????

701 from Ballsbridge they leave late or not at all in early morning as schedule allows too much time. Two weeks in a row now they make me stand for 30 mins waiting for the 5.44am. Not good and the track app does not work so you can’t even see if the bus is coming or not

Why can't you advertise service alterations better? You have my email so if there is a change to a route on the day/time I am travelling you should be able to contact people.

The app and the website have completely different timetables… my bus says 06:49 on one and 07:15 on the other …. Please give an accurate time.

The 702 service has become unreliable. The journey takes too long and there is always cancellations. I got notified at 0227am that my bus at 0545am was cancelled. The service was brilliant before they had changed it. It’s quicker to get Dublin Bus and the Dart.

Wouldn't advise relying on aircoach-we were booked for a 3am bus which never arrived. Turns out they had sent an email to cancel the night before at 7.30pm.

Normally this is a good service however I feel it could benefit from real time available for all your routes. Also give the roads works and delays currently through Bray you should let passengers know that this route could be delayed. I had to get a taxi yesterday as the 702 route was an hour delayed due to the roadworks in Bray.

Your signs are out of date and have incorrect information on them. Your A4 temporary sign is the same colour as your incorrect sign. It’s confusing and wasted over an hour of my time.

I have nothing but praise for the service Aircoach provides. It is so reliable, easy to book, takes you right to departures and picks you up outside arrivals. We have been using it over the past few years coming home to Ireland. The price is incredible in the current climate. I also have to note the coaches are spotless and comfortable.

Service is getting worse and worse. Letter going into a higher authority on this. The 14:05 702 route either didn’t show up or was cancelled or nearly 50 minutes late, no notice and the update on the website had “service running as normal”. No apology from the driver either…. Really poor form.

Usually late and no support from Aircoach to ask when a bus should arrive! Very annoying when you nee to arrive on time at the airport

I arrived back in Dublin but I lost my Aircoach return ticket. I had a copy of the ticket with the QR code on my company expenses app which I showed but the guy at counter said I had to buy another ticket. Bus was about to go so couldn’t waste time arguing . Totally unreasonable attitude. Service was great just Mr Power trip at counter could do with some customer service training

We took the Killiney coach last night and met Chris the driver. We were looking to take the new Cherry wood bus but would have been waiting 45 mins for the next scheduled coach. After discussing with Chris he made it very easy for us to travel with him and he dropped us at a very convenient location where we were able to take a 7 min taxi ride home. It was the most efficient and cost effective way for us and our journey home took slightly less than an hour. Thank you Chris for being so kind and courteous to us.

Very disappointing service. Since increased frequency from Greystones the bus journey takes 3 hours to get to the airport. Every stop the bus driver has to wait between 10-30 mins not to arrive ahead of schedule. Takes forever to cover 50 km journey in a freezing bus, longer than most European flights.

Cancelled my booking. Apparently ticket could be used on different service, had a "joy" of dealing and explaining myself with trying to use cancelled ticket with three members of staff that made a big deal of it in front of other passengers. Felt extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed. Several mails sent to customer service prior the departure, got answer on it after 10days . Unfortunately the quickest service to the airport with very little alternatives so will use again. Three stars for very kind drivers.

Was saddened to hear that a refund did not include add-ons such as Flexi-book option (the irony is not lost on me..) Bad show Aircoach!! 1. YOU took my booking. 2. YOU cancelled my journey. 3. I chose to take a refund to complete my journey using an alternative mechanism and YOU mandated to keep my money for the add-on that I purchased to stay flexible. Unhappy customer…..
